Our stay in Bellaria was amazing. Cipriano's place is absolutely beautiful, a nice house and a nice garden with lots of spots to relax and everything is decorated with great Italian taste. The location is also ideal to explore other places in the vicinity. The beach is only a few minutes by car, for example. The best thing about this Airbnb, however, is Cipriano himself. He is the perfect host. Communicating with him was super easy as was our arrival. Cipriano welcomed us warmly and instantly made us feel at home. And the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Cipriano's place! Cipriano himself is a gem! He is kind, thoughtful, patient and very helpful. Communication was excellent with him! We could not have asked for a more welcoming host. We felt like we were part of his family and were touched by his consideration for us. Cipriano's home is lovely inside and out. Our room, "Calliope", was clean, roomy and had a wonderful ensuite bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub! The bed was comfortable and since the location is in more of a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful, making for a good night's sleep and lovely place to relax. The location was easy to find and makes a great base for day trips to San Leo, Rimini, Ravena and many other places. Cipriano provided a very good breakfast complete with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and of course great coffee! We really enjoyed our stay with Cipriano and his lovely wife....they are both a treasure! We felt blessed to stay with them! We would definitely like to return one day!

Benini's apartment is spacious, clean and located in a great location: quiet and close to the sea. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful and provide two very comfortable bicycles to reach the sea and get around without having to use the car.

The location was convenient around 15 minutes walk from train station , and the apartment was exactly as described—cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay. What truly made our experience special was the incredible hospitality of our host, Roberta. She went above and beyond to help us, making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. When we got lost one evening, she personally came to find us and brought us back to the apartment, which was incredibly kind and reassuring. Later, when we needed to relocate to a different apartment, she helped us through the entire process, making the transition smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in our trip. We highly recommend staying here, not just for the great apartment but also for the exceptional host who genuinely cares about her guests!

It was a great stay of almost two weeks in the tasteful house near the Toscan mountains. Monica and her family were super kind and welcoming. The pool was great for a fresh dip and we had fresh fruits and herbs from the garden. We really enjoyed, especially Caruso our dog which found a friend in friendly fury Ruby :)

I stayed at Chiara's for almost a week. Cute and equipped apartment, as well as the room. Very attentive and welcoming hosts. The location is very convenient to the downtown center. Recommended!
