this is rewiew about appartment "poppy" and "moon bleu" and not of loft with cucina. This is a residence with many appartments, with nice pool , gym and very nice people. The appartment that we asked- poppy and moon bleu were absolutely pretty and cosy. Owners and staff value their guests and is very important! thank you for nice staying in Macerata and see you soon

Il residence si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Macerata, zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con cortesia e grande professionalità. Appartamento curato e pulito.

È stato un soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La casa è in un'ottima posizione, tranquilla, di notte non si sente alcun rumore. Il paese è comunque vicino e vi si possono trovare tutti i servizi necessari. L'appartamento è perfetto con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, anche per una lunga permanenza. Kathleen e Ivo sono stati degli host impeccabili: ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili per passare una bella vacanza. Ci siamo sentiti come ospiti a casa di amici e la presenza del loro cane Vasco ha reso tutto ancora più bello. Consiglio vivamente.

Allez y les yeux fermés ! C’est une très bonne adresse . La maison est magnifique , au calme , avec une vue splendide sur la campagne et la mer. Les petits déjeuner sont délicieux et maison. Et Surtout et enfin Lesley et David sont adorables !!

Rita og familien, er de sødeste værter. Den hentede os på stationen, selvom der var kort vej, og fik os installeret godt i det dejlige og meget stillige hus. Der er aircondition, og fans i alle rum, lækkert og flot helt nyt hus. Udendørs bad så man kan skylles før man går ind. Stranden er seriøst ikke mere end 2 minutter fra huset - du skal bare svinge til højre om hjørnet og over vejen. Lidl og Coal ligger meget tæt på boligen. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret. Sengene er eminente, værelserne smukt malet og indrettet, der er kælet for boligen. Derudover pryder Ritas farverige malerier væggene og skaber yderligere hygge og glæde. De ejer også en isbar oppe i byen. Vi mødte hele familien, og deres 2 dejlige piger var yderst hjælpsomme hvis der skulle kommunikeres på engelsk verbalt. Rita og hendes mand kommunikerede vi med over google oversæt eller over airbnb-meddelser, til trods for sprog, så fik vi en rigtig god kontakt med Rita og hende mand. Vores ophold var fænomenalt!

Paola e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L'appartamento era pulito, con ambienti grandi e spaziosi. La presenza di due bagni è un grande vantaggio. La piscina è un servizio ottimo nelle giornate calde per potersi rilassare e rinfrescare. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è comoda sia per il mare che per la montagna. Siamo stati molto bene, consigliato

Sistemazione perfetta, tutto era nuovo nella casa e impeccabile da un punto di vista di attenzione per i dettagli e di necessità per gli ospiti.

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

This was not our first visit and each and every time Dori makes the visit so enriching, rewarding and beautiful. The house is in exceptional condition and pristinely clean. Dori is an invaluable resource for all things in the area. She is also extremely responsive and proactive. If she hears of pending weather changes or there is a local activity in the coming days; Dori is quick to let you know and help facilitate excursions. We will be back (again). Mille Grazie, Dori!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Rustico Casannona in Fermo. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, Matteo und seine Mama , war ausgezeichnet und beide waren sehr hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und alles wurde uns gründlich erklärt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussicht, die Poollandschaft sowie die komfortable Ausstattung. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der nach Fermo reist. This was our second stay at Matteo's place. We again had a great time. We have two small children - a baby and a four-year-old - and the heated pool and playground area were very valuable. The cats were a hit as well. Matteo is responsive and helpful, and was able to arrange a (paid) late checkout for us to suit our evening flight.
