this is rewiew about appartment "poppy" and "moon bleu" and not of loft with cucina. This is a residence with many appartments, with nice pool , gym and very nice people. The appartment that we asked- poppy and moon bleu were absolutely pretty and cosy. Owners and staff value their guests and is very important! thank you for nice staying in Macerata and see you soon

The residence is located a few minutes from the center of Macerata, a quiet and quiet area. Upon our arrival we were greeted with courtesy and great professionalism. Well-kept and clean apartment.

It's a lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved to sit in the garden area for dinner. Ivo, the host is very kind and helpful.

Go there without so much as a second thought! This is a great place ! The house is beautiful , quiet , with splendid views to the countryside and sea. Breakfast is delicious and homemade. And Above all, Lesley and David are adorable!!

Rita and family are the sweetest hosts. It picked us up at the station, even though it was a short way, and had us installed well in the lovely and very quiet house. There is air conditioning, and fans in every room, nice and nice brand new house. Outdoor bath so you can rinse before you enter. The beach is seriously no more than 2 minutes from the house - you just have to turn right around the corner and across the road. Lidl and Coal are very close to the home. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are eminent, the rooms beautifully painted and decorated for the space. In addition, Rita's colorful paintings adorn the walls and create additional coziness and joy. They also own an ice cream parlor up town. We met the whole family, and their 2 lovely girls were extremely helpful if it was to be communicated in English verbally. Rita and her husband we communicated with over google translate or over airbnb messages, despite languages, so we got a really good contact with Rita and her husband. Our stay was phenomenal!

Paola and her husband were very kind, they gave us great advice. The apartment was clean, with large and spacious rooms. The presence of two bathrooms is a big plus. The swimming pool is a great service on hot days to relax and cool off. The area is very quiet and comfortable for both the sea and the mountains. We had a great time, recommended

Perfect accommodation, everything was new in the house and impeccable from a point of view of attention to detail and need for guests.

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

This was not our first visit and each and every time Dori makes the visit so enriching, rewarding and beautiful. The house is in exceptional condition and pristinely clean. Dori is an invaluable resource for all things in the area. She is also extremely responsive and proactive. If she hears of pending weather changes or there is a local activity in the coming days; Dori is quick to let you know and help facilitate excursions. We will be back (again). Mille Grazie, Dori!

We had a wonderful stay at Rustico Casannona in Fermo. The communication with the host, Matteo and his mom, was excellent and both were very helpful. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and everything was thoroughly explained. The place itself was very clean, well equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures We particularly liked the view, the pool landscape and the comfortable Facilities. This was our second stay at Matteo's place. We again had a great time. We have two small children - a baby and a four-year-old - and the heated pool and playground area were very valuable. The cats were a hit as well. Matteo is responsive and helpful, and was able to arrange a (paid) late checkout for us to suit our evening flight.
