Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Fermo

Lovely, comfortable flat, all the necessary amenities for a family….. wonderful location. Close to the beach, pizzeria, supermarket and local funfair. Everything needed for a holiday for a small family. Air conditioning made the time in the flat very comfortable. Alessandro was very accommodating and extended the check-out time to accommodate our flight. When we return to Lido di Fermo, we would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a great time in Lido di Fermo and immediately felt very comfortable in this great penthouse, which offers all the necessary comforts to guests and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of the apartment is the all-round roof terrace with an incredible panoramic view, two outdoor showers and great seating options, which also provide shade at lunch with sea views thanks to the extendable sunshine. Matteo was an attentive host and always responded very quickly to questions and provided us with helpful tips. Thanks for everything - we'll be happy to come back :-D

This appartment was very tidy and lovely, equipped with everything you need. Stefano is a great host and there when you needed him. We had a great stay!

The house is easy to find. Mrs. Cristina always answered all our questions promptly. The house is a few steps from the sea, it has an internal courtyard where you can park the car closed with a gate, although close to a campsite is a quiet dock. A nice spacious bathroom, even the other very comfortable rooms, a beautiful surprise was a small vacuum to store both empty suitcases and for the waste to be separated. You can reach it comfortably with the elevator, but it is not close to bothering the noise. Personally, living near a train I did not find the passage of trains so intrusive, which in any case there are not many, especially at night there is no passage. I highly recommend it

We stayed in Andreas cute little apartment for 2 nights Everything was perfectly clean, there is a small kitchen, that was equipped with all the necessary things. The entire apartment is very modern and clean The station is 10 mins by walk but you also have free bikes to use. There is also a washing machine in the courtyard to use for free. Also in the bathroom you find all the necessary things like shower gel, a hair dryer, towels etc All in all it was a great experience!

Everything corresponds to what was written by the host Paolo, very helpful and kind; priceless parking inside the building and the possibility of going to the beach crossing the street; for the refreshment there is only the embarrassment for the choice, but surely to try is the Festa restaurant also suitable for celiacs.

A beautiful loft, very clean and equipped with every comfort, located in a convenient location, close to everything you need. A great experience, absolutely recommended. Elisabetta is a host always ready to give advice in real time.

We are a family with 2 children aged 3 and 8. We stayed for 14 days in August 2024. Location of the apartment is great for access to the sea, for the convenience of finding parking or looking for a restaurant, a little less so for proximity to a food store (supermarket about 1.2 km away from home). Clean, well-furnished and well-kept apartment. Laundry space on the balcony extremely convenient and well structured. Friendly and very nice host. Functional kitchen equipped with every furnishing. We'd love to come back in the future! It was a nice vacation.

Matteo's home fully met our expectations. It is very clean and tidy and well located, both to go to the sea and to reach the medieval villages located nearby. It is well served with supermarkets and gastronomies and pastry shops. It offers all the amenities mentioned in the listing and more. Matteo and his mother provided us with valuable directions for our stay and are both wonderful people and made us feel at home. We had a wonderful holiday in Carbuccio and will definitely be back

Our holiday was very relaxing. A beautiful Mediterranean and well-kept complex with small cottages and privacy. Also a very nice pool and private beach. You have to get used to the train line, but it runs on the entire coast and affects all the houses here. If you want to shop, go out in the evening or go for dinner, you always need a car. But that wasn't a problem for us.

The place was more than we expected. We had a wonderful time. All the staff was incredibly friendly :)

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

great host, accurate and punctual to recommend excellent, spacious, comfortable and with 3 bedrooms, the only problem is the state road 2 steps away, but closing the windows is fine, among other things in summer there is no air conditioning. Thanks to Marco for everything.

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC

Massimo's apartment is very functional, equipped with every comfort, clean and very comfortable because just a few meters from the sea. It was a very pleasant stay and Massimo was always very helpful despite not being present in those days. Absolutely recommend!

We stayed at Valentina's apartment for 4 nights; the space is very suitable for two people who want to unplug their heads and enjoy the sea in peace. The sea is very close (both free beach and bathing establishment) and within walking distance. Convenient location of the town of Ponte Nina, which is halfway between two countries provided with the necessary services. The host Valentina, super helpful and welcoming; during the stay unfortunately we experienced an emergency (not related to the accommodation) and Valentina immediately mobilized to resolve the issue. One of those places where we leave our hearts. We hope to be back!

Delightful house with every comfort. Very clean, luninous and airy,with a nice terrace. Very close beach. Francesco is a very hospitable and helpful host. Definitely positive and recommended experience. We'll be back!

The apartment is very nice, clean, stylish, arranged with current elements, everything easy to use, positioned right on the main street with shops right in the vicinity. The host responds quickly in case something is needed. It's totally worth it!
