Villa vacation rentals in Province of Fermo

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Luciano. We have mixed the many entertaining days by the pool with some beach days in Porto San Giorgio. This was a very nice change. The house was a nice home for us and kept everything necessary. Plenty of kitchen equipment to the barbecue and second kitchen near the swimming pool. The local conditions were also suitable for our 2 year old daughter and our almost 80-year-old grandma. Charlotte, the host, responded quickly to messages. The communication was very pleasant. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it was very good, better than expected. The fans were completely adequate. The only very individual downside: Unfortunately, running training was not as possible due to the road and altitude conditions. We recommend the property to anyone who wants to go on vacation a little further away and are mobile and accepting travel.

We stayed at the property for a week feeling at home. The villa is beautiful, strategically positioned, has allowed us to have the maximum privacy and at the same time access the amenities in an easy way. Inhabitants of Santa Vittoria, friendly, very good and professional. The pool is a must-have to make this slice of paradise complete. Thank you to Ragnar and Neil for your support. Greatly cared for house of all comforts with beautiful outdoor space (covered terrace, bbq/pizza oven, swimming pool, sunbeds, hammock, ping pong table, balcony) with fantastic views. We enjoyed our family, available daily food nearby, visited the beach several times plus beautiful, historic towns nearby. Recommended for relaxing holidays in the Marken!

Sharon’s house is beautifully situated among mountains and itself is on the top of one of them. It’s huge - perfect for 3 families where each has its own big space. The beds are very comfortable, the pool is fantastic - big enough to swim and play. The communication with Sharon is easy and she answers quickly. The town is very old and very small with one pizza and Coffee bar, one restaurant, one wine bar, one pharmacy, one shop and the post office but it’s so real and so Italian :) You can visit other towns or go trekking. Or you can go to the beach in Sirolo (it will take you 1 hour and 20 minutes) and see the beautiful Adriatic sea. We had fantastic time!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We enjoyed our stay at Lemonvilla. House on a hill with wonderful views. Marcus was very helpful with detailed instructions on local excursions and excellent restaurants to drive to. The house is very well equipped, new and clean. Thank you for our stay.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

Our stay at Marcia’s place was fantastic! The house provided us with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool opened in june and was always clean and fresh since Marcia’s dad cleaned it every morning. Marcia is very helpful with things worth seeing in the area!

Wonderful apartment on a property with 5 apartments. We were the only tenant on the complex and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Beautiful views of the mountain peaks of Sibillini, a nice swimming pool and a nice village a 5-minute drive away. In the area, some certainty in your driving skills is needed

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!
