Lovely, comfortable flat, all the necessary amenities for a family….. wonderful location. Close to the beach, pizzeria, supermarket and local funfair. Everything needed for a holiday for a small family. Air conditioning made the time in the flat very comfortable. Alessandro was very accommodating and extended the check-out time to accommodate our flight. When we return to Lido di Fermo, we would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Michele's place is conveniently located a few steps from the sea. The house is very cozy, classy, with many small details that make the difference and impeccable cleanliness and order. It's impossible not to feel at home, also thanks to the kindness and availability of the hosts, never intrusive but ready to give useful information and tips about the city. Highly recommended, we hope to be back in the future, even for several days.

Beautiful surroundings and great views. Very lovely place to stay. The apartment was excellent, tidy and with all the amenities present. Nice places around the house to sit. The pool is also lovely. Bob and Ian welcomed us warmly and were always ready to answer questions. The pizza night was very cozy, also nice meeting other guests. In short: recommended!

Her place was close to town by car and a very nice laundromat (lavaseco) is only a couple blocks away. The view from the balcony was pastoral. The heater worked great!

Making arrangements with Silvia is extremely easy and all the interaction is pleasant. The home is very nice, clean and in a beautiful area very close to the center with free parking below the house. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Sarah and Mark are the best hosts. Very responsive, always looking for ways to make your stay even more memorable. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

Large, comfortable apartment, equipped with everything. Distance to the sea about 15 minutes by car. Ernesto (Laura's dad) is a lovely person, always available and welcoming. Highly recommended!

A beautiful loft, very clean and equipped with every comfort, located in a convenient location, close to everything you need. A great experience, absolutely recommended. Elisabetta is a host always ready to give advice in real time.

We felt very comfortable with Francesca. The apartment has an incredibly good location. Very nicely laid out and super practical with the two bathrooms as a family. The small balcony was nice to sit on in the evening after the restaurant. Francesca welcomed us superbly, very straightforward. Of course, the attic could use air conditioning, but with the fans it was fine at night with the temperatures. All in all, highly recommended. The small café on the corner was super convenient, also highly recommended, great coffee!

The apartment is spacious and we found it extremely clean. At our disposal in addition to the rooms, kitchen and bathroom, also a comfortable closet, the essentials for cooking meals and a nice balcony. We would have given the house an excellent rating anyway, but certainly the most surprising thing was the owner's welcome: after waiting for us for a long time, he came to meet us in a difficult moment (not only did the satellite navigator show us the wrong way: our van was stuck in the narrow streets of a village!) literally saving the day! We won't forget it and hope to be his guests again, this time without a hitch.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend some time in complete relaxation and we found it. A breathtaking landscape surrounds the property along with the calm and tranquility of the Marche hills. The icing on the cake was the apartment's private pool. The place is really quiet, no noise except that of nature. The farmhouse is about a ten-minute drive from all the essential amenities. The farmhouse has a equipped kitchen, sheets/towels. Very important note the structure is pet friendly, my little dog was able to enjoy the vacation with us. I wanted to thank Marco who welcomed us with extreme kindness and left us valuable advice to orient ourselves in the area. The cake he made us find when we arrived was also very welcome. We hope to be back soon! Thanks again ❤️

This appartment was very tidy and lovely, equipped with everything you need. Stefano is a great host and there when you needed him. We had a great stay!

Wonderful location and home - cozy and comfortable with a spectacular view. We were traveling for a wedding in the area with a large group and the home was perfect for the 8 of us, but could have easily fit more. The host was very easy to work with, and we used translate phone apps a lot as we did not speak much Italian. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

We are a family with 2 children aged 3 and 8. We stayed for 14 days in August 2024. Location of the apartment is great for access to the sea, for the convenience of finding parking or looking for a restaurant, a little less so for proximity to a food store (supermarket about 1.2 km away from home). Clean, well-furnished and well-kept apartment. Laundry space on the balcony extremely convenient and well structured. Friendly and very nice host. Functional kitchen equipped with every furnishing. We'd love to come back in the future! It was a nice vacation.

We spent a very pleasant week in Casa Carotondo's apartment: sober, cared for, equipped with all comforts, it is perfect to enjoy a holiday full of rest. The terrace and the wonderful garden that surrounds the house are a gift to the heart and mind, they invite you to stop to contemplate the calm profile of the mountains that is offered to our view. The house guide we found in the apartment contains, in addition to practical information about local services and shops, a set of suggestions about the many centers of interest nearby . For his part, Rob was very helpful and showed us some nice walks to do in the Sibillini mountains. Our stay. At the pool private sunbeds and a table with two chairs and umbrella. Vincenzina, her family and her parents are very good hosts. Acting lovely, warm, quick to respond and with practical tips and solutions. unsolicited you will be pampered and passionately taken into the culture of the Marche. What a pleasure! Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.
