The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

We stayed for two weeks (February -April) at Fausto’s place. Enjoyed everything about this house, very private with beautiful backyard garden fully fenced which was great for our dog. The house was spotless clean from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. The surroundings - the area short drive (5-10 minutes) is dotted with beautiful top-hill historic villages, vineyards, olive and vegetable farms. Good eateries everywhere. Fausto, our host, was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to comunicate with and super responsive. Overall, it’s a five star for everything and we highly recommend Fausto’s place to everyone planing to visit the area any time of the year!

Quiet and reserved, the location allows you to rest and relax. Recommended for couples and families, but also for anyone who wants to escape by diving into chaos only when they want it

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Cinzia was very welcoming, the house is large and comfortable with ample space. The house has a panoramic terrace at the top of a staircase. The stay was very pleasant. We'll be back.

We had an amazing stay at Illy’s place. The house is very well laid out inside and the pool area was beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

The reception by Paola was very friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and with two spacious bedrooms, and the swimming pool and terrace were lovely to spend a relaxed day. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook our own meal. We had a lovely time and recommend this to others who are looking for a relaxed place to stay.

we sat at Susi's place for a week, it was a lovely cottage with all the comforts. Beds slept great,shower was nice,kitchen with everything you can use. Pool was lovely and the area was more than enough to do, beach,mountains,lake ,waterfalls, we came short of time. Regards,Michiel

Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful apartment on a property with 5 apartments. We were the only tenant on the complex and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Beautiful views of the mountain peaks of Sibillini, a nice swimming pool and a nice village a 5-minute drive away. In the area, some certainty in your driving skills is needed

Excellent hosting by Daniela, who is a very nice and available welcoming host. The environment is beautiful with the vineyards where you can walk with the dog, the view that you can admire at aperitif time in the different tastefully furnished lounges! Access to the cellar to taste local products is a great idea and to be tested! Our three children loved the environment with the pool, the trampoline and the lively games of foosball that reminded us of our youth! Thank you for this long weekend where we put down our phones and where we enjoyed the sweetness of the night in a very clean and pleasant accommodation for 5! I will recommend this accommodation to friends! And surely see you very soon!

Giovanni Andrea is a very helpful host and attentive to the needs of guests. The home is great for large families or groups of friends. The view from the pool is beautiful. Well, what else to say, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

What a lovely place. Peter is so nice. The best experience we ever had in an Airbnb or apartment. Peter helps you with anything and the place is so lovely! Such a great quiet place with an amazing pool. We loved our stay so much!

Apartment as advertised. Cozy, very clean and very tidy. Refined furnishings (even with finely recovered antique furniture) and functional. In the kitchen and bathroom there is everything you need (even tampons) to feel at home. Very clean and quality linens. Behind the apartment there is the railway but the fixtures are of good quality and insulate very well from external noise. The neighborhood is very quiet and it takes 2/3 minutes on foot to get to the beach. Then there is the option to choose a free or equipped beach (both very close). There is no dedicated parking, but in the nearby street there are free parking spaces along the road, we found a place without difficulty. There are also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Recommended for a relaxing vacation. Thank you!

Carmela welcomed us in person, giving us the opportunity to check in first. The area is very quiet, the description of the house reflects reality. There's everything you need for a peaceful vacation. We had a great time, even our two dogs had no problem adjusting. On foot you can reach the sea (no sand but stones and mostly free and unequipped beaches). In Marina Palmense there are no evening activities for after dinner, so you have to travel by car but a few km away there are various towns that offer entertainment. For a peaceful vacation, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

We were received very friendly. Gustavo gave us great information about the design of our vacation with information about events and sights. We have experienced our two hosts as very helpful and supportive. On our arrival everything was as described in the offer. The communication was uncomplicated. The Podere is magically nestled in the hilly landscape, our place was only 10 steps from the very clean, daily cleaned pool. Bed linen and towels have been changed several times by our hosts. The whole complex is well maintained and very stylish and authentically designed. The quiet secluded location was very accommodating in our need for relaxation. The city of Tolentino with all shopping is 10 minutes away. The region of the Marche is an extremely interesting holiday area that can impress due to its charming and varied landscape, its very friendly inhabitants and with lots of culture and leisure activities. We were able to enjoy the traditional cuisine of the brands on the many festivals in the surrounding villages and towns. Our vacation was a complete success, we will be happy to come back, as this great region could not be discovered in 14 days.

Sarah and Mark are the best hosts. Very responsive, always looking for ways to make your stay even more memorable. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

Wonderful location and home - cozy and comfortable with a spectacular view. We were traveling for a wedding in the area with a large group and the home was perfect for the 8 of us, but could have easily fit more. The host was very easy to work with, and we used translate phone apps a lot as we did not speak much Italian. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Beautiful spacious house and I had a very good time for the silence of this hill near the city and the sea. The panoramic view from the apartment was very exciting because it was a natural immersion with everything. Giulia is her partner, they were present but discreet. Their dog is adorable. I slept comfortably on the bed. All in all, my stay went great. I think I'll be back. I recommend it.

Katia's place has everything you could need. The outdoor space, well shaded and cared for, allowed us to eat al fresco meals. In addition, being well fenced, it allowed us to leave our cat free with peace of mind. The house is spacious and just 15 minutes from the sea, close to all amenities (supermarket, bank, post office, pastry shop, restaurants...). Montefiore dell 'Aso can be reached comfortably in 15 minutes on foot. Katia and Marco were super helpful and welcoming. The only small lack: lounge chairs on which to relax in the garden! And it would have been great even if there was air conditioning (in addition to fans/fans) as it was very hot at night. Otherwise everything was perfect

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.
