Vacation rentals in Province of Ascoli Piceno

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

The apartment is located in a wonderful place with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river in which you can swim. To this a wonderful garden. Lucia is incredibly nice and helpful (she drove me to the train station). i was very happy there.

Both the hostess Maria Pia and her daughter were very kind and helpful. We were met at the street door and showed and explained details of the apartment. The apartment was was luminous, beautifully furnished and decorated, we had even fresh flowers. The apartment was spacious, perfectly situated and the view to the piazza was most wonderful with people sitting in cafes and children playing. The piazza itself is one of the most beautiful in Italy. Maria Pia was very friendly and hospitable and indeed had prepared for us everything we needed for a sweet breakfast.

Ottimo appartamento, essenziale in tutte le comodità che ci potessero tornare utili per i nostri due giorni di vacanza. Da apprezzare, in particolar modo, l'ubicazione dell'alloggio a due passi dalla meravigliosa Piazza del Popolo e al centro di Ascoli. Mimma, ospitale, precisa ed attenta all'ospite, ti coinvolge con la sua passione per la sua Ascoli. Grazie a lei per la sua ospitalità.

5 Sterne – Ein echtes Zuhause in Offida! Die Wohnung war einfach super klasse – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Sie ist sehr liebevoll, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend – man sieht vom Meer bis zu den Bergen! Wir haben uns sehr gern dort aufgehalten und viel Zeit auf der bequemen Terrasse verbracht. Die Lage mitten in Offida ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, parken und der Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Ein besonders schöner Willkommensgruß war die Flasche regionaler Wein und die frischen Kirschen – beides haben wir mit großer Freude auf der Terrasse genossen. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

Siamo stati per il fine settimana, l'alloggio corrispondeva alla sua descrizione. Pulito, grazioso, ogni cosa al suo posto, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il sig.e Giovanni si è subito fatto notare per quello che veramente è: gentile disponibile pronto a dare qualsiasi consiglio. Siamo stati accolti in modo impeccabile ci ha anche messo a disposizione prodotti per la prima colazione. L'alloggio è situato in zona super tranquilla, letto comodissimo, ma la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è essere svegliati dal cinquettio degli uccellini. L'unica cosa da tenere in considerazione per le persone che hanno difficoltà; è che l'appartamento è situato al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma questo è già giustamente menzionato nella descrizione dell'appartamento.

Luca’s apartment is a gem. Bright and comfortable. The panoramic view of the mountains is beautiful. The location is ideal, right off the main square yet the place so quiet - even with the windows open. Luca was such an accommodating host. He was very responsive, no matter when I contacted him. He greeted me at the unit and gave me maps, shopping and restaurant tips throughout my two week stay. He was great at adding photos to explain where a shop or site was. I would definitely re-book a stay at Luca's if I ever returned to Ascoli-Piceno. It is good value for the money.

Sono stata in questa meravigliosa oasi e in questa stupenda palafitta, un sogno ad occhi aperti. Vengo da una città caotica come Roma, e venire qui e sentire soltanto il fruscio degli alberi e il cinguettare degli uccelli non ha eguali. Gli host gentilissimi, ci hanno invitato a cena da loro e ci hanno trattato come fossimo di famiglia. Metto 5 stelle perchè di piú non posso, ma tutto perfetto. Grazie, davvero!
