Monthly Rentals in Principina a Mare

We stayed at this property at the end of October. The house and the facilities are really very nice, you can park right in front of the house or in the back without problems. On foot, you are very quickly at the very beautiful beach and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful and quiet. In the house you have everything you need. The garden is very large and offers many toys for the children. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes in the garden were very aggressive. In the village there are some restaurants and a small supermarket. However, we drove to Grossetto for shopping. Since we were there out of season, the beach was empty and we could enjoy the tranquility. If you want to be on the beach quickly and also travel the region, this is the place to be.

Comfortable apartment as advertised. Great welcome from Lina who waited for us in person when we arrived. She gave us great directions for restaurants in the area and what to see and visit during our stay. The accommodation is comfortable for four people and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beach is easily accessible on foot and silence is guaranteed!

Lucia is a very friendly and helpful hostess who is always available. The place is totally beautifully located, walking distance to the sea and yet quiet. However, car is helpful just to explore the great surroundings. Unfortunately, the beds are a little too short for people from 1.90 m. Otherwise, the amenities were simple , functional and clean. We liked it.

We had a lovely time in your apartment. The amenities were very good, dishwasher, stove with oven, modern furniture. The apartment is quietly located near the beach, with a small garden. A good starting point for things to do in the surrounding area.
