We had a great time, Carolina was very kind and helpful, even giving us a lot of suggestions on what to visit. Bicycles are provided and the house is a 15-minute walk (5-minute bike ride) from the historic center of Castiglione. In addition, the area is very quiet and there is a car park. Highly recommended!!

We only stayed 2 nights, but every time we saw the view and the sunset from the terrace... we told ourselves that it is a wonderful fortune to live there. we were welcomed by Eva with genuine and spontaneous friendliness. We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

We had a very nice few days in Alberese. The apartment is clean, modern and cozy. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a reasonable meal. Elena was always available and provided us with tips for the region. 😊 It's about a 10-minute drive to the beach.

The stay was much better than expected. The location is fabulous, Grosseto is such a peaceful town but with all the amenities one can wish for. If you want a taxi, you can get one at the train station. But if you want it from the airbnb, there is a local number and they respond immediately and send a taxi. This apartment was walking distance from the city center, grocery store was right next door, very spacious rooms and clean! Considering Europe has cramped apartments or hotel rooms, this was such a pleasant surprise. It was a wonderful stay. Federica was responsive and answered all the questions we had. This is a must-visit place!

We had a great time, the apartment matched the description, the location in the center was excellent, all the services are practically at your doorstep, cafés, restaurants... Free parking is easily a 5-minute walk, friendly and responsive host, absolutely recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super apartment in a prime location in the center of Piombino. Edoardo is a young enthusiastic host, and can give you many tips. He also rents boats, for example, to sail to Elba. We are quite critical, but even after a 7-night stay, no negative things to report about the apartment, Edoardo or Piombino. People who love a balcony, terrace or garden should look a little further. Because this apartment doesn't have that, of course we knew that). We would go again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and newly built apartment located a few minutes walk from the sea and the center of Marina di Grosseto. Very convenient private parking at the back of the apartment in a closed area. Super helpful and very kind hosts. Super recommended!

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Luciana and her husband were very nice from the start, and came to greet us in the parking lot to present themselves and take us to the apartment. everything in the apartment was perfect and very clean and organized. very comfortable, quiet and has a nice view from the terrace. nothing to complain, perfect!

Denise is a wonderful hostess. Always kind and helpful for any need. The apartment is well-kept and in the middle of the Maremma countryside. A true oasis of peace and tranquility. Without too much hassle you can decide whether to go to the beach at Argentario, or relax at the thermal baths of Saturnia or visit some of the countless villages in the surrounding area. My wife and I left reluctantly. We hope to be back soon. Extra super recommended

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of love for detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is truly unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening and that at the beginning of June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
