Vacation rentals with a patio in Preko

I had a very pleasant stay at Vesna’s apartment in Zadar! Everything was super clean, tidy and comfortable. Location was great, not so far from the old town and the sea. Host was very friendly, attentive to details and responsive. The terrace and surrounding area were also well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this place ☀️

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Zadar. It was very clean and nicely decorated, and looked just like the photos. The location is very convenient and close to the old town, supermarkets and the airport bus stop. It is set back slightly from the seafront in a quiet residential area but as a solo female traveller I never felt unsafe walking back. The host was very responsive and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is so perfectly furnished and equipped! There was absolutely nothing missing. We've never seen such a well-equipped kitchen. Several coffee machines, all the basics, just everything in sufficient quantity and totally beautiful and new. We have been to Zadar a few times before, in the future we will always be with Andelka! Very nice and friendly and accommodating!

We were there for a girls' vacation and the apartment was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like the photos and we were not disappointed. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the highlights was the heated pool overlooking the sea 🤩 The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, we had a rental car and so everything was easily accessible. We were also often out and about with Uber without any problems. A few days before our arrival, we received a message from Blazenko with all the important information. Although we arrived very late on the day of arrival, he took a lot of time and explained everything to us. Blazenko was always available to us and gave us many tips. We definitely recommend the place.

What a fantastic host. Cannot say enough great things about Patricia. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We’d love to come back for a longer stay. One of us was feeling ill and needed medical attention, Patricia drove us to her personal doctor. WOW!! Beautiful yard and gardens with a great deck to eat, drink and relax on. Thanks again.

Antonija's apartment was exceptional! Although we encountered changeable weather (as in the whole of Europe this May), thanks to the pool with heated water, we could not complain:) You can use the app on the smart TV. The neighborhood is quiet, coffee in the morning at Pub Spar and a croissant from Tommy's market. Uber in 7 minutes to the Old Town for 4 euros. A walk to the beach is about 10 minutes;) We recommend it and will definitely use it in the future!

Very beautiful house!! Sanja is a lovely host, always made sure that we felt good and had everything, she recommended trips/sights and even made us cake! Thank you Sanja, we had the most relaxed and beautiful time!

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

The hostess was very accommodating. The stay was very pleasant and the accommodation really very clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen! The terrace was also very nice and lots of seating. We would really recommend the AirBnB and come back again :)

We were very pleased with our stay at Gloria's. She always responded quickly, gave tips for the area on request and the family, who you met on the property, was also extremely friendly. We would recommend it to anyone.🥰

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

A very charming and comfortable cottage/house. It was exactly as listed. Sime parents greeted us and showed us around the cottage as well as giving us some history. When Audrey twisted her knee they went out of their way to help by taking us to get some medical advice. A great stay and really enjoyed the countryside.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

Amazing place! Host was really nice, super well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi for working. We got cake on arrival and fresh fish from the hosts parents.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊
