Very nice apartment for 4 persons on perfect location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, High-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies with sea view (from each room). Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

We had an amazing time staying with Tereza:) everything from check-in to the very end was 10/10. We had privacy, the accommodation was sparkling clean, and Tereza was friendly and very hospitable. The place is fully furnished, with new strong air conditioning, which we appreciated especially on hot days. Upon arrival, we immediately felt like home. The location is perfect, everything you need within 10min walk. I hope to come back again <3

When booking an internet listing, what we experienced here is a very rare and extremely good thing: based on the listing (photos and text), we arrived at a much more wonderful property than the imaginary place. Everything was as it was described, but even better: it was seen that they were constantly looking after the place, both in furniture and in the garden and in other outdoor spaces. A little diamond is this place in a calm, peaceful bay on the water. Our host was very helpful, helpful in everything and very kind and patiently tolerated our questions, problems, and solved everything. The environment is tidy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you could really relax and relax here. It was a special kindness to offer water sports goods owned by the host for use during our stay (e.g. SUP), and we didn't expect that. Thanks for everything, just keep going!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Zadar. The hosts, Silvia and Thierry were simply lovely. Silvia was always smiling and happy, and every morning she asked if we were missing anything. Thierry, always smiling, made sure to ask us every morning if we had slept well, what our plans were, and he always spread good spirits by the pool with a little joke or a smile ☺️ Their warmth and personal approach the place made us quickly feel like part of the “family”. Staying with them was a great experience and we highly recommend their place to anyone who wants a delicious heartwarming holiday experience. ☀️

Thank you so much for the great time in Sabunike. The apartment is small but nice, everything you need is available, the air conditioning is optimally placed and made even hot nights bearable. The fantastically large, completely covered terrace allows eating, showering, cooking outside at any time, simply wonderful. Mirco, the wonderful, friendly and helpful stepfather of Novela, lives in the house. He took care of everything, gave us tips and made us feel a bit like "at home" on vacation. Many thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place with spectacular view (yes, just like in the pictures)! Also, Maja (our host) was so lovely as she showed us around upon arrival, she helped us out several times with valuable tips and she was there whenever we needed something!
