Great apartment, everything went well, I recommend

The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was extremely clean, modernly furnished and well equipped – we only had to bring our clothes. Everything was provided, there was nothing missing. The heated saltwater pool was a real highlight and very well maintained. We also liked the quiet location in Pietraga, by car you could quickly reach the sea or the city. Especially positive: the friendly host, who even spoke German – we didn't expect that! There were drinks to welcome us, overall he was very accommodating. The only small point was a few insects, but that is part of nature in the season and did not disturb the overall impression. We will be happy to come back!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We had a great stay at the property. It was all super clean, everything available and we felt very comfortable. The location and views were great. Not right in the hustle and bustle and yet everything is super accessible on foot. Bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. Plenty of space for 6 people.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We had a great time at the place - everything was perfect and as shown in the pictures and description. Super modern, tastefully furnished and the house has everything you need. Mirjana was always available and very flexible at check-in and check-out, just great. Thank you again for everything!

Sanja’s beautiful cottage is like little Oasis. Private, with fully fenced garden, terrace, swimming pool and the house itself is just a gem. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and we enjoyed every minute. Zadar, Split and Krka Nature Park are easy to reach by car. If you are looking for a stay in the area - this is the place! 💎

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

Accommodation as described. Very nice view from the terrace. Centrally located to bars, restaurants, etc. Small minus: bathroom a bit small. But it didn't bother us personally too much. I'd love to come back.

The apartment was perfect for our family vacation with two children. The kitchen is well equipped, and the views from the terrace are fantastic. We snorkeled a lot on the nearby beach, or jumped into the sea from the pier. We also enjoyed riding the SUP and canoe. The fish grilled by Richard with side dishes was also very delicious. We were surprised by the dolphins swimming through the bay. Hosts Richard and Aleksandra are warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back immediately.

A really charming, characterful home just a short walk from the beach. Really gorgeous view from the upstairs terrace area. So many little beaches and restaurants and shops just a few minutes’ drive away as well. We particularly liked Suha for our younger children—lots of shade trees, and interesting shallows and rock areas to play in, and a small beach restaurant with food, drinks, toilets, and rental loungers/beach equipment, but still not at all crowded or developed! Bring water shoes! :)

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, has air conditioning, two balconies, one from the east and the other from the west. A big advantage is a private parking space. The area is very quiet, close to the sea and the old town. We could always count on the Host's help and support. We really enjoyed our stay, we had a wonderful vacation.

This apartment was right on the marina close to restaurants and a market. The place was clean and charming; even more modern than the photos show. Also, the terrace was a wonderful addition for hanging out. Dinko was very personable and accommodating to our needs when we arrived. Washing clothes was easy too. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!
