Waterfront vacation rentals in Preko

We really enjoyed our stay in Marina's apartment. You live in it very centrally in the old town of Zadar and yet it is absolutely quiet at night for sleeping. Restaurants, shops, attractions, bus stop and boat dock are within minutes walking distance. Everything in the apartment was perfectly clean and cozy. With the self check-in, it was quite easy to arrive late in the evening. The exchange with Marija was very nice, she provided us with information about our arrival and our stay. From our point of view, a top recommendation and thank you very much to Marija.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivica’s place! The accommodations were exactly as described. It was a perfect location with quick and easy access to must see and do highlights of Zadar! I loved the huge deck looking down on the plaza with enchanting views of the sunsets. The icing on the cake was a thoroughly unexpected surprise… home grown cherries delivered to our door …. My husband’s favorite!! Thank you for your kindness and sharing your property with us!

I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

Apartment was super furnished with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great location - nice walk along the beach to the old town. Drazen personally welcomed us and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

The place was clean and with good space for 3 people, location good, very close to a supermarket and a walking distance to the main atractions. A tip to help finding the apartment: the instructions given by them works, but you gotta enter the street from the avenue that has a bird graffiti on the wall!

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

I don’t think words can do justice to our experience at Senka and David’s place. The apartment was stunning - you can really tell that the owners care about their guests very much because the apartment is amazingly well equipped and absolutely spotless clean. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. But the best part about our stay was Senka ❤️ She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, she offered recommendations for places to visit/eat at and even brought us some homemade Dalmatian food to try. We really couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay and for dear Senka who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very clean and Petra was very helpful. Zaglav is a lovely town and everyone was very friendly.

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful.
