Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Preko

All amenities were provided at Jasmina's and the location was perfect. Within 10 minutes you can be in the center of Zadar and within 10 minutes we were at Zadar airport for our flight. Totally super! Jasmina responds quickly and is very helpful.

fantastic surrounding apartment was immaculate. very peaceful weather fantastic. bus stop 2mins from apartment so easy to get into zadar and back . Milan's restaurant down stairs was delicious highly recommend. will definitely try and return next year. would highly recommend the accommodation.

My daughter & I loved this apartment. It felt very homely, it was extremely well equipped even down to having the little things like pepper, oil etc. Things you would normally have to buy when you are self catering. The apartment was very clean, towels & bed linen smelt lovely & fresh. Beach towels were also provided which is a big bonus. We had read the reviews about how comfy the bed was, so we were dying to try it & it didn't disappoint. Petra the host was great for communicating, she made sure we had checked in ok & gave clear instructions & in the apartment is an information book of the surrounding areas, tours, best places to eat etc. She was also extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. We actually can't fault with anything in the 4 days we spent there!

The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we felt immediately comfortable. I highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation in a heartbeat.

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

The location is quite good, beach isn't that far, the same goes for the city center. Owner was nice. The only thing that i would change are the beds, those weren't that comfortable. But overall very good experience!

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

We only arrived in the evening and were already warmly received. We had water in the fridge and did not have to buy everyday items such as toilet paper paper towels washcloth detergent, etc., as everything was available. Which I found very good. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony that was nice to sit. We even got freshly picked grapes. Everything was wonderful and so we had a nice holiday. Antonia was always reachable and also gave us tips. Only the TV was a little older and you couldn't watch a German program or Netflix etc. But that wasn't bad. Just in case it's important for someone to know well. The property is very centrally located to the sea and also to Zadar town.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very clean and Petra was very helpful. Zaglav is a lovely town and everyone was very friendly.

We really enjoyed Preko and Lucija's place. We were greeted with delicious apple strudel, wine, bread and a cheese and sausage platter from Lucija's father. Lucija is very helpful and helped us with all questions in no time.
