The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. It has a terrace, a plus. The neighborhood is very quiet. 3 minutes from the tram to Florence city center. It's very convenient. We also enjoyed the closed garage for the car and the organic store next door. Finally, Daniela was super responsive in all our messages.

Great apartment, Antonio was very helpful. The apartment is cool, but more suitable for people without children, because the apartment is not very suitable for children. Also, if you have a lot of things or heavy suitcases, a stroller, then from the elevator to the apartment there is a fairly steep staircase, because the apartment is located on the attic floor. But has 2 very cool terraces with a great view!!! Of the disadvantages personally of mine: very small and not quite comfortable kitchen(but that's only if you are going to cook). Not very good hot water pressure. Otherwise, I liked the apartment! Thank you Antonio!!!

Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Panzano is a beautiful village and Kristen appartment is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of charm, with high ceilings and an unbeatable location just steps from the Duomo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms clean with great hot water, and the kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly, making it very convenient for our family. Tomasso and Francesco were exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, and always responsive. Due to our travel delay, Tomasso generously refunded half of the first night and even brought us groceries to help us settle in, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also helped us store our luggage after checkout at another of their nearby properties. This stay combined comfort, hospitality, and location in the best way possible. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
