The stay was wonderful! The villa was amazing, the views, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We were so happy to be there. The rooms were new and clean. Every detail was taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. Without her, we'd be lost. Unfortunately, we often had private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. For me and my friends, this stay was unforgettable!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

Our stay at Villa Montemarcoli was fantastic. So peaceful. No noice from cars and really no air traffic noise whatsoever. Just the birds singing. Just want to mention you will need to drive to everything but the roads are so beautiful you won’t mind! I would recommend a small SUV or car with all wheel drive as the villa is located up a gravel road and roads in the area can be narrow and parking can be tight in places. I would definitely recommend Brigitta’s Villa and hope to come back again someday 😎🍷

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Oscar was very friendly and kind to us! His house is beautiful and comfortable, we were in a group of 13 people and we were peacefully hosted. Beautiful decorations and landscapes. 10-star rating.

Thank you!! We enjoyed our vacation with 9 friends! A little humid because of the weather, but the place is ideal in summer and comforting by the fire when the good weather is not present!

The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It felt like home from day one. The views are phenomenal; the garden is peaceful and fragrant. The kitchen is a delight to cook in. We walked into the beautiful village of Panzano multiple times (some hills which helped us burn off the pasta calories!). We didn’t want to leave.

Our stay was amazing. Leonardo had everything ready for us when we arrived—lights on, fires going, and plenty of pizza and drinks. In the morning, the views were incredible, and every part of the villa was worth a photo. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in northern Tuscany, this is it.

Villa Oliva was perfect for our vacation! The house is very modern and in pristine conditions, with everything you might need for a long term stay. Elena and the team were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we might have had. We loved having a pool, an outdoor grill and the area to see the sunsets was a dream! We spent a week at Villa Poggio a Mandria as part of a group of six adults and had the most incredible and magical time. The photos do not do justice to how extraordinary the villa and surrounding area are — it’s nestled in an olive grove near the top of a hill just a short walk from a medieval village (Montegonzi), with utterly spectacular views in every direction. It could not be more peaceful or breathtaking. The villa was spotless, gorgeous and fully equipped, with tons of space for everyone. We had an unforgettable day with Lorenzo (contact available through Claudia and Leonardo), a local tour guide and chef who took us on an amazing wine tour and then cooked us the best meal ever that evening. And Claudia and Leonardo are the kindest, most responsive hosts, always available to answer any questions we had and even baking us a beautiful cake one evening! We can’t recommend Villa Poggio a Mandria enough. We had an unforgettable trip that truly felt like a dream. Thank you!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Beautiful property, immersed in the Tuscan country side. Plenty of walks around the area and easy access to Panzano and Greve that both have great amenities. Elisabetta was a fantastic host. Property was clean and easy to use, and communication was first class. We had a fantastic time staying here. Thanks!

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

The stay was beautiful. The view is fantastic, the pool very clean, surrounded by a beautiful, huge garden. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic as the kitchen goes right to the terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. the air conditioning works perfectly, the nearest supermarket can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, as well as there are various restaurants that can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Like that of The Sor Paolo or the Barrachina.

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Beautiful house in the vines surrounded by sumptuous hillsides in an incredible postcard setting. Perfect for gatherings for families or with friends. The location is ideal to radiate between Siena, Florence and Chianti or resting while enjoying the pool. Elisa, always attentive, is very responsive and will respond almost without delay.

Beautiful villa! We had a great time with friends, idleness and dolce vita assured, Positive points: Very good welcome from our host, in a secure estate the house is isolated from others. The view is even more beautiful than the photos. You can see Volterra and the surroundings. Exceptional. Good services, superb pool, evening lighting, quality outdoor furniture, Things to improve: the lack of air conditioning inside even if there were fans in each room. Ageless electricity Anyway, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week at Sergio's family's villa. Massimo met us with Sergio on our arrival and showed us around the villa. The villa is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside about 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Montevarchi which has a great selection of supermarkets including a huge Coop with the best cheese counter we have ever seen. Sergio's family gave us a great number of recommendations from restaurants to local sights etc. One restaurant we particularly liked was Le Mura del Cassero in Montevarchi. We had a couple of trips, one to Siena by car and another to Florence by train. Both very accessible. The pool at the villa is wonderful (Massimo checked it every morning before we even surfaced) and Sergio and Massimo were the kindest hosts. They gave us a huge fruit bowl, prosecco, beers, pastries, home produced olive oil and their own delicious wine...truly lovely generous people. We would definitely recommend this villa to others!

We were welcomed by the host herself in this wonderful charming and peaceful villa. Perfectly maintained and great pool for the kids. Beautiful garden with lots of fresh herbs to cook with.
