We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

Great place! Well done, a place close to the beach, the chance to walk. Spacious rooms, impeccable bedding so clean. Good bathrooms to serve guests. Kitchen complete with utensils and simple but well-functioning appliances, airy living/dining room with barbecue. A comfortable and super recommended stay, the hostess super requests and available! I loved the stay, the service, the house exactly as in the photos, the place is on the side of the lagoon, everything was clean, with good utensils in the kitchen, a stove running with large flames, in addition to the refrigerator they left the freezer on. The space of the barbecue is quite large. And the pool is very clean.

I and my family stayed in Marisa's accommodation and had a great experience. Check in Flexible, Marisa always responded quickly and suggested places to visit. Great location, beaches and restaurants nearby and market in the same building. We love it!

A large tree provides shaded greenery in the front yard, complemented by a low stone wall. Several parked cars are visible along the paved street, and the house features a fenced area, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the property.

The accommodation is great, in a great location, in quiet and quiet streets. Communication with Adriane was very quiet, and she even offered to stay another day as we took a few days of rain... The house is great and super served for us that we were in 5, but it would fit up to 8 with the mattresses that left... I recommend to everyone who wants a place with great cost benefit in São francisco ;)

The house is just like in the ad has IT ALL. I did not miss anything and no utensil. Very complete, with bedding and everything in the kitchen and barbecue. Barbara is very nice, she answered me quickly. I had a little problem in the house and hours later the technician was there to solve. There are no shops nearby to walk, but with 4 min drive you will already be close to restaurants. It is a very calm region, without agitation, good beach, empty, very good for children. I recommend on-site hosting. Thank you Barbara 😚

Located a few meters from the bay and the beach, it is an ideal getaway for those who want to rest away from the bustle of other resorts. We were warmly welcomed, the person who received us showed us the house, great check-in and check-out, we negotiated the entrance and exit, we managed to enjoy it well, we only missed utensils such as pots and the TV being smart. Cozy house, with air-conditioning in all the rooms, covered garage and clothesline.

Staying at Karin's home in San Francisco do Sul was an amazing experience! Although not present, she was attentive and helpful at a distance, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The house is spacious and comfortable, offering a perfect atmosphere for rest. Although modest, it was well organized and clean, and the kitchen utensils were also more than enough to meet our needs. The location is great, close to the main attractions of the city and with easy access to the three main beaches: Enseada, Prainha and Praia Grande. Without a doubt, perfect accommodation! We recommend it and absolutely my husband and I will return!

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.

I was very pleased with my stay in this apartment! The place is exactly as shown in the photos, no surprises, which is always a relief. The host, Guilherme was super friendly and helpful, always available to help with any questions. The apartment is on the ground floor, which made access very easy, and is super close to the beach, which was amazing to enjoy the day. In addition, the location in São Francisco is wonderful, I didn't need a car for anything, since numerous restaurants, including the banana bar, which is very famous, were just a few steps away. For those with children, it is possible to access the cove beach on foot, being approximately 400 m from the site. Prainha is a quiet and very beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

My stay was excellent! Dayane's apartment is extremely cozy, well organized and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The location is perfect, providing easy access to the beach and other points of interest. After a full day enjoying the sea and the sun, it was amazing to return to such a cozy and quiet environment. Undoubtedly, a place I recommend and where I would like to stay again!

dona Deva welcomed us and is very attentive both at the entrance and at the exit. Very privileged location and super close to the beach. the house sleeps well the 11 people and has air in all the rooms. great place! we will come back more often.

O Lugar is as described. It would be interesting to take a look at the degrais in the back of the house, as it is not in a pattern several times there was almost a fall of some people.
