Our house is 80 meters from Prainha, in São Francisco do Sul/SC. Garden, vegetable garden, flowers and fruit trees. The house is small but cozy. Upstairs is an airy room overlooking the garden. On the ground floor, a comfortable and cozy room. Both in summer and winter, our house offers comfort so that you can have happy sunny days or enjoy a good wine overlooking the moon on the deck, in addition to nearby restaurants that will allow you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the beach or the moonlight.

Privileged location 40 meters from the sea, in Praia Grande in São Francisco do Sul. It is in the best point of the big beach, near Prainha, and you can enjoy the two beaches without taking the car out of the garage. Casa Rustic is a wooden house, small, very cozy, it is in a very quiet neighborhood, the street of the house is of so rustic sand also, the beach near the house is also rustic, located 5 km from the center of Itapoa towards the harbor, which makes it a great house to rest, the sea that is 400 meters away has no boardwalk, it is a beach with less crowded, usually in the morning and late afternoon, we have a sand bank at the seaside, but we are also suffering from the advance of the sea.
