Very cute place and by the beach! It was super clean and organized. I loved the practicality, even small, I had everything we need. It is 2 blocks from Ubatuba beach, in an area that has a restaurant that caters to the waterfront and parasol/chairs to rent. It has a bakery with colonial coffee on the avenue. I'll come back more often

We like the apartment very much, the place is very welcoming and pleasant, the decoration combines with the beach, several points that refer to the beach environment, such as oars, paintings and other details. The size is very good for 2 people, in our view, more people would be tight. About the bathroom/box, I'm 1.85 cm tall and I'm slim, based on that, the box's width was at the limit to be ideal, so if it's taller or big, it might get a little tight. The acoustics are very good, just a few moments in the upstairs apartment when they played with dogs (it seemed like playing ball), when they ran from one side to the other quickly, you could listen a little, but for us that is not a problem, because we live in an apartment so we are used to it. A detail, we do not know if the apartment above is resident or per night and in this day there were the dogs. Daniel was very helpful and attentive in the whole process, we really like everything in general!

Ernesto was very attentive and his accommodation was very comfortable. My recommendation is that they should do maintenance on the air conditioners, especially the one in the suite, as it malfunctioned several times. However, once we managed to set it up, it worked properly.

Great space, clean, organized and with all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. Hosts Denise, husband and children are great, offering us everything for our comfort and well-being. The space is very good and safe. I will certainly return and recommend it

New place. It has everything you need and is close to the beaches to go by car, because in São Chico there are several good beaches to visit. Within walking distance of a good hike. But everything was fine, I recommend the place.

Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

The apartment is wonderful and cozy. It had everything we needed. The convenience is great!!! The hostess was very helpful and thoughtful. We loved the welcome gift🫶🏻 One of the things we liked the most was having an electronic lock with a password. With this, we don't have to worry about keys and so on. We recommend it and if possible someday, for sure, we will return!!!

Apê limpinho,Beatriz responds quickly. Only in relation to the size of the rooms that we think were larger, the staircase that gives access to the top has no protection ,no handrail,with a child we do not think it is feasible,then I could not stay in the property ,but I believe that those looking for something to relax are perfect.

Excellent hosting in Itapoá. The apartment is beautiful, elegant, functional and comfortable, just steps from the beach. The view is incredible and the Jacuzzi makes a difference. I hope to be back soon.
