the house is well located close to the beaches inlet and Ubatuba, a large house with all utensils, large backyard for 2 cars, barbecue for baking a rainy meat days, internet is fast, cable sky TV only with open channels.

Hosts note 10!! The village has served us in everything we need!! Bedding, sheets, extremely smelling pillows!! Excellent location!! the village met my expectations!!

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

Quiet place, enchanted by the view from the window to see the sunrise, cozy for a couple with 2 children, we enjoyed the lagoon in the afternoon with full marea, which is practically next to the house.

As always impeccable location, beautiful and very comfortable! Nightly rate with much better cost-benefit than other options and a lot of ease of communication with hosts! I recommend Super to those who want a quiet and comfortable place to relax!

We couldn't have chosen a better place! The house exceeded our expectations in every way: clean, well cared for, cozy and with an amazing party area, perfect for gathering friends and family. The pool is wonderful, always clean and well taken care of, making our stay even more enjoyable. Your Valdir was extremely attentive and always available to answer any questions.
