House vacation rentals in Prainha

We loved the stay, the house met all our needs. Large and full of space... My family loved the place and everything was as advertised. Nerli was very attentive and served us very well. I just thought the house would be a little closer to the beach, but you can walk there easily, close to markets and a pharmacy.

Otima location, quiet, cozy house for the whole family!

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We will definitely return to this paradise, thank you Luis and until next time ☺️

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Note: there was even a mime on the arrival we loved... thank you for everything!

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Quiet and cozy place, ideal for those looking for peace and a comfortable place to rest. The beach is clean with few very good waves for those who have children. We love the stay.

The house is extremely cozy and well maintained, exactly as we found in the photo ad. All accommodations are excellent, the structure is perfect, the details are amazing. Super functional, very well planned. The location, close to everything, accessibility to the beach, markets and others, very close to everything. Our family felt at home. It's impossible to rate, but if it were, it would be a 1000 (a thousand), really super recommended. The Red Sobradinho is charming, cozy and bright. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is great! We were even able to appreciate the Caiçara culture in the throwing of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

The house is great, it is exactly as in the advertisement, the place was clean, and Beatriz was super attentive and responded whenever we called. The house is perfect for relaxing and 20 minutes (walking) from the beach, the only exception is that the gate was without a lock, the electric was not working, but we bought a lock at the time and Beatriz communicated that this was to be resolved, it was not a nuisance, otherwise I highly recommend it and would return!

Anderson was super requested in relation to check in and check out! The house really matches the advertised, Kitchen items,bedding, everything well organized we spent very good days, very close to the cove beach and nearby restaurants and markets also Highly recommend!!!

The house was very good, spacious and quite clean, the mattresses are already quite worn. The area is not so touristy but a nice place to be quiet, at night the neighbors made quite a bit of noise

The house is great and super served for us that we were in 5, but it would fit up to 8 with the mattresses that left... It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

I have no words for the house! True to the ad, even better. We were surprised by the site, a 2 min walk to the best part of the beach, a fully equipped house, all very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen with everything you need, extremely clean linens and bathrooms. Not to mention Viviani, what a wonderful human being, of light. More than a hostess, she cares about all the details, super helpful, super flexible. We will definitely come back more often!

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.
