The apartment is excellent, well decorated, clean, clear instructions and perfect communication with Rafael. The only observation is that the building's gym is very small and is by reservation in an app and almost all the times were already reserved by owners with a fixed schedule. Everything else was perfect!

Excellent stay. We were 3 adults and 3 children, comfortable apartment, each room with bathrooms, included towels for each, comfortable bed to rest. A beautiful view from the balcony, the well-equipped kitchen, and maximum safety. Kids had fun in the park and the pool. Very useful sector or area to store boards, chairs and umbrella for the beach, they also have a sector for washing and cleaning the beach sand from the ect chairs we carry. Supermarket and pharmacy are 1 block away. Very quiet place to spend time as a family. Excellent stay!

Home is fantastic, exactly what we expected, a paradise. Seu Hedio received us personally and was very helpful. We had a little problem with the water of the house and His Hedium was very helpful to solve the problem and tb came to us to check if everything was in our compliance. 10/10 I will return with the family for sure

The contact with nature is spectacular not only because of the view of the beach, but when the house is in a morro, literally surrounded by vegetation, animals such as monkeys come down and coat to eat fruit that David leaves them every day! This house was beautiful! The view from each room was stunning! We had a bird’s eye view of the birds and the beach. We had a lovely time going out to eat and eating in! The kitchen was very well stocked! I have a feeling we’ll be back!

Exceptional place, great location, two good bedrooms, super clean and chlorine free pool, great outdoor area with plenty of space and barbecue. Super helpful host, lives attached to the house for anything you need. Perfect Privacy and contact with nature is great, just cross a small bridge and you will already be on the edge of the beach. Super recommend and I will come back more often with family and friends for sure.
