We travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and a quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated everyone well. The showers have poor contact, when you turn one on the other turns on automatically. In the kitchen, we felt the lack of a bread knife and also a meal knife. There were 8 of us and there were 7. There was a room where the lamp was burned out, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the doormen, who were very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large groups (8 people and also for families with children). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend it.

Excellent value for money, very nice apartment, extremely satisfactory stay. The only negative point is that it does not have sheets, pillowcases and towels for the accommodation.

Comfortable, clean and quiet place, with all the amenities as shown in the listing, the host was always present when I needed to ask questions.

Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks. Fabio's place was perfect and exactly as described in his Airbnb. It is walking distance from the beach and from a couple of big clubs. The beds are comfortable and clean and the apartment was very pretty.

Luciano is a great host and the place is wonderful. Super close to beach and has all amenities including outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, amazing sauna an even restaurant inside of the condominium. The food and service was super great. The best touch was the view from Luciano place, right onto the ocean. The apartment is located facing the East and you can see the sunrise everyday. Very beautiful! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside every day just to enjoy the view.

Literally the best Airbnb I've ever been to in my life. I felt completely at home. Super comfortable, cozy, surrounded by nature, and obviously a lot of attention and care were used to decorate the house, beautiful plants, wonderful bathroom, nice room, and overall excellent. Luis was not in Floripa but he left everything right with an explanatory video of how we would enter the apartment and made available together with Andrea his assistance that is pure sympathy, we feel at home, apartment with its suites plus one bathroom we were very comfortable, wide balcony, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, laundry with lava and drought we do not need to use but there is a very comfortable apartment all new, there is a sea block, with restaurants, cafeterias and nearby markets, a fantastic heated pool on the last floor, it was very worth our stay,thanks.

It was a pleasure to stay in Sergio Roberto's apartment. He fulfilled all my requests and was very polite and attentive. The location is perfect. It is located in the most upscale neighborhood of Florianopolis, super safe and wonderful. The apartment is located in a beautiful resort, right on the sand. Highly recommended!
