We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

I highly recommend the house! It is very comfortable and matches the pictures. Mr. Jucélio sent me very clearly instructions on how to enter the house, as well as its rules. It was a super enjoyable experience from start to finish. The city left welcome chocolates to us.

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

The house is very top, very cozy, it had everything it specified in the house and party area, everything we needed, to celebrate among friends. The very easy check-in, Sayonara received us very well, showed us the house and party area and left a mime for us. Casa Linda, clean, airy, accommodates 3 couples comfortably. Kitchen fully equipped with utensils and appliances. The only negative point is the bathroom of the suite, shower with weak water. Super attentive host, always responded quickly. We love it.

The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, very comfortable and convenient. Everything was clean and well organized. I would recommend installing air conditioners for very hot days, but with the fans it's quite bearable. It's a bit far from the main beaches, but it's well worth it to enjoy this beautiful house with its pool. I recommend it.

The accommodation has excellent kitchen equipment (utensils and appliances of all kinds, coffee and mineral water, among others), beach chairs and umbrella, and a complete barbecue. The dedication to making guests feel very comfortable is evident. We highly recommend it.

The Stephany house is very good, well maintained, wide and airy, a large yard with grass and well clean. The location of the house is great, very close to the beach. I didn't meet Stephany in person, but her father was always available if we needed it. We love the place and we will definitely be back again.

We had an excellent stay!! Perfect for our family trip - beautiful neighborhood, walkable to the beach with shops and restaurants nearby. The house had plenty of space for 8 people. Renan was highly responsive and flexible.

Bianca is a very good host, attentive and friendly. The house is spacious and there is a very good gazebo for barbecuing or celebrating. The area is quiet despite being close to downtown. I recommend it.
