The stay at Mr. 's apartment Vicente was wonderful! Everything very organized and clean, in the heart of Caraguatatuba near the trade and building facing the sea! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Marcelo, who was always available and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The house is a real jewel, large and spacious, with an impeccable cleaning that made us feel right at home from the first moment. Every detail was carefully taken care of, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The view from the house is simply stunning, with the sea just ahead of us, allowing us to enjoy unforgettable moments to see it stretch as far as the view reaches. In addition, the homemade Érika deserves a special highlight! His sympathy and dedication were instrumental in making our stay even more enjoyable. Always ready to help and with a smile on her face, she made us feel truly special.

We had a wonderful experience in this lodging! From the moment we arrived, we could see how special the property is. The location is simply perfect, with a beautiful private beach, with the house right in front of the sea. Wake up with the sound of the waves and having the sand a few steps from the door was a dream!! The boat house is a cute, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area is ideal to enjoy the day at the beach and see the sunset. The hosts were super attentive, always available to help with local tips and ensure our stay was perfect. Undoubtedly, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a seaside getaway. We can't wait to come back!

We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

The apartment perfectly met the expectations of the listing. The location is excellent, with a great market nearby and very close to the beaches I wanted to visit in Ubatuba (unfortunately, Lazaro Beach was unfit for bathing during my stay). The rooftop view of the sunrise in front of the Marina was one of the highlights of the trip — simply amazing! As a suggestion for improvement, I found the entry system a little confusing with the virtual keys accessed by link. It was necessary to open the Airbnb chat and search for the link whenever you needed to enter, which was not so practical, especially the first time. Also, the building's swimming pool could have heating, as outside of the summer season it is difficult to enjoy it. Overall, the stay was great and we are grateful to hosts for their receptivity!

The stay at Francesca's apartment was amazing. The apartment is very large and very well equipped. And the condominium is a show, with many leisure options and very safe. We had a great weekend and would love to come back one day!

I stayed in chalet 27 with my wife for a few days and we just love the experience! The place was impeccable: very clean, well organized and with all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. You can see the care and affection in every detail. It was perfect for a time for two, my wife and I felt at home. We definitely recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

It had already gone again to Caragua, but this weekend was incredible, thanks to the host Sérgio, who contributed to making everything perfect, starting with the cozy, clean and spacious apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea (praianha) and condominium pool. Nearby Super Market, the beach looked more like a great natural pool for children, me and my family had a lot of fun, kayaking, banana boout, we went to the alligator stone,everything close, we didn't use the car for nothing. We'll be back for sure and we've already left planning a next one,and we've already indicated it to some friends .

Apartment with breathtaking sea balcony view. Swimming pool with a wonderful view of Enseada beach. Very good location, but you can't walk to the beach. Apartamento has everything that is basic and necessary. Fernando host was very considerate and kind. We'll be back for sure.
