The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he answered all our questions quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. The house is super cozy, exactly as shown in the photos! It is close to the beach, shopping and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot on the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space as well! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. Everything was great, we definitely want to go back!

The house corresponds to the listing and the photos. Pool with protection for children and the space of the house is super yummy and the neighborhood is super quiet. Rose and Chris were super-suicitous. We will definitely return!

The house is a delight, very large, amazing view and good location. The sea in front of the house is rough, but with a 10-minute walk you reach Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for swimming. The beach in front of the house is not crowded even during holidays, providing plenty of privacy. The house next door may have noisy guests.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

We simply love our stay on the site! The place is even bigger than it looks in the photos and, at the same time, much more cozy. Vitor and his family were extremely receptive and polite, leaving us totally at ease and always responding to us very quickly and attentively whenever we need to. We love being in a space that overflows memories — it is possible to feel in each corner the care and the stories that exist there. It was a unique experience and we are already looking forward to returning!

I was staying last week at Márcia's place, and our stay was excellent. The space is much better than in the photos, the room is very wide and unites all ambiantes, kitchen, dining room and game space. The rooms are great and upstairs. The backyard has an excellent and heated pool, we use every day until dawn kkkkk. The condominium is quiet, without a mess, and with security at the entrance. An excellent apartment with all the amenities, aesthetically nice, as is the complex where it is located, fully equipped, meters from the beach with a strategic location to get to know the entire region. It is 15 minutes from the city of Caraguatatuba where you can find everything. The host was always available and responded quickly, very flexible with check-in and check-out times, clear answers and always attentive to the guest. Excellent value for money. I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

Excellent hosting!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

Our stay was great! We spent a few relaxed afternoons on the terrace and enjoyed the quiet beach directly in front of the house. the condominium is quiet. Teca was always available via chat and always attentive. The beach is beautiful and has access to two more beaches on foot, where there are also restaurants. A nice surprise aside was the standup paddle equipment that can be used as well.

The house is great, very close to the beach. The house is very well-equipped in the kitchen area, it had everything we needed. Great rooms with good mattress (which I think is very important), great shower too! Great outdoor space. Communication was easy and good indications were given for both shopping and nearby beaches. I highly recommend staying in Caraguá at Tatiana's house.
