Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Casa Foot in the Sand with Private Pool. Maximum 8 guests. We accept 1 pet weighing up to 13 kg (28.7 lbs). Guests over the reservation and visitors (Day use) are not allowed. Place the number of adults, children, babies and pet if any. Security cameras with outdoor recording: garage and pool area/ barbecue area We ask for the full reservation number and full name of the guests in the airbnb message field. We do not offer a washing machine, towels, or blankets.

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

5 themed bungalows in a gated community on the beautiful Siriúba beach in the north of the island. All with exclusive access and ocean views. This is a bit of the Egypt bungalow. New and safe space. In addition to the accommodation with bed and bath linens, we offer, at no additional cost, 1 beach kit with 1 umbrella with a pump for fixing it in the sand, 1 cooler, and 2 beach chairs, one with a tray for holding glasses.
