We stayed 4 days and it was simply perfect! The house is super cozy, well-equipped and the location in Caraguatatuba is excellent. We love every moment and we will definitely be back!

Our accommodation was excellent, my family and I were extremely satisfied. The accommodations are great, spacious, airy, everything was clean and organized. The house has all the utensils and equipment. The outdoor area is wonderful, with views of the sea and the mountain. Really amazing... we'll be back soon!

I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

I was staying last week at Márcia's place, and our stay was excellent. The space is much better than in the photos, the room is very wide and unites all ambiantes, kitchen, dining room and game space. The rooms are great and upstairs. The backyard has an excellent and heated pool, we use every day until dawn kkkkk. The condominium is quiet, without a mess, and with security at the entrance. More beautiful place than the photos, super safe, Dona Georgina is wonderful, I fell in love with the place! Everything was very impeccable, I felt right at home. The stay and experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. I simply loved my stay at Mirante da Jana! Every detail was thought out with great affection, everything was very well organized and the place is simply stunning! The landscape is surreal, breathtaking… a true paradise for those seeking peace and connection with nature. I would also like to mention Felipe's wonderful service. He was super attentive, picked us up near the ferry (even though it wasn't his obligation) and even gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. A real host! I recommend it with my eyes closed! Those seeking tranquility, beauty and an unforgettable view can rent without fear. I miss it already and I will definitely be back!

Sensational. I didn't want to leave anymore. The beautiful place, the studio in a prime location and with all the amenities available. Our stay was great! We spent a few relaxed afternoons on the terrace and enjoyed the quiet beach directly in front of the house. the condominium is quiet. Teca was always available via chat and always attentive. The beach is beautiful and has access to two more beaches on foot, where there are also restaurants. A nice surprise aside was the standup paddle equipment that can be used as well.

We love the space! Very beautiful, decorated, well cared for! Not to mention that it is inside a gated condominium (we feel very safe) and facing the beach! I recommend it and would come back several times!

Amazing place for those who rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general environment. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Swimming pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We'll be back for sure

Ronaldo's house is awesome! Beautiful, extremely tasteful, impeccably clean and well cared for, super complete in utensils, bed and bath linens of the highest quality. Very well located, you can walk to the local shops, the beach and great restaurants. Super quiet neighborhood and safe location. And the icing on the cake is meeting Ronaldo and Neusa, very dear people and good people! It was a pleasure to spend my birthday with my family at their house, we have never been so well received on Airbnb. The hard part was leaving, but we'll definitely be back!
