An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The house is on Praia da Fortaleza, facing the sea, on the sand, on a very large plot, surrounded by lots of greenery, trees and lots of privacy in a beautiful, high-end house with every comfort.
