All very clean, everything we need had in the house. We're already planning to come back!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this amazing house. In this time we felt already at home. Its a truly amazing place. The location could not be better. Its very central but still feels super local and not super touristic. You can reach everything you need walking. Denise and Andre are very helpful and supportive hosts. We fell in love with this place and will return for sure.

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

The house is extremely clean, bathrooms smelling, air conditioning working perfectly in the environments. It is worth mentioning that the house is complete! The kitchen contains many utensils in which we use virtually all!!! There are games in which we enjoy! The sea view that the living/kitchen and balcony provides is sensational!!! Very nice apartment, new and well equipped, good mattresses, super comfortable sofa, large TVs, air-conditioning in all rooms, beautiful and functional furniture and decorations. Good shower, but sometimes during the shower, you had to turn the gas system off and on again to reheat.

The location is great, very close to the beach. This is a big plus. We went to the beach with the convenience of not even taking the car out of the garage. Priscila was very friendly and responsive. Apartment according to the photos, quiet place. All brand new, cleaning supplies, pots. All ok. Only the grill that returns a lot of smoke inside the apartment even warning at the entrance, but it is not a problem of the apartment itself, it seems that it is something with the building because other apartments had the same problem. The hallway is filled with smoke when someone uses it. We use it once to test and we don't even erase rs pq really is a lot of smoke. Other than that, nothing to complain about. We were there on the Easter holiday, the apartment is as shown in the photos, very charming, the atmosphere of the living room and kitchen is well distributed and spacious, we loved the barbecue area upstairs complete with a laundry room and a sink, the location is easy to find and a very quiet place, there is a large market nearby, we went to the beaches of Lázaro (very large and with calm waters, the roads to get there by car are not so good, but you can walk, and the other beach that is close that we went to is Domingas Dias, great access and safe parking (great beach for children and with a very good structure of kiosks and there is also a stream.

The chalet is more complete than in the photos and description, located in a very quiet street, a bakery where the owner went to Ana Maria Braga just on the corner and also a pharmacy, very clean and organized, we like it!

It was very worth the stay, great place to stay, we used the barbecue a lot, which made our meals easier. I believe that there could be a greater care as to the place, as the ventilator in the room turned off by itself, and at certain times it was a short time, we would rather heat up than have bigger problems. The lighting in the kitchen could be better, only one lamp worked. The stove was also another problem, a mouth barely worked, and it was difficult to light. I also missed a better description of the utensils available in the house, such as pots. In the most, Marcos was always available to help us, the place is well taken care of, the concern with the cleaning of the shared spaces is noticeable. Another positive point was to know that the car seat was inside the condominium, instead of being on the street.
