Everything was perfect even the small details. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. The inside and outside of the property were really well maintained and the swimming pool was an added bonus in a hot sun weather’sday! Our family loved the time in Luis' house! We're a couple with 2 small daughters (2 & 5). It is located in a very private area, you can really relax and detach from city life. The house has all you need to handle day-to-day life: great kitchen with a lot of appliances, great TV in the living room and even a TV in each room. Very functional, cozy and comfortable house. Then, the exterior space is amazing. A lot to do, bikes, trampoline, kids park, a small football area, resting chairs, a well treated garden, a great outdoor eating space. And then, the amazing pool that we and the kids absolutely loved! Luis was a great host, very friendly and responsive and let us totally at ease. We will definitely come back. Overall, an amazing stay! Thank you again :)

Very spacious house with great areas. We traveled as a family (6 adults and 3 children) and the space was more than enough, we had everything we needed. The house is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, 5 minutes by car from Mira beach. The garden and swimming pool are very nice. Anaísa was tireless in providing a good stay.

Charming country home with wonderful hosts. My stay at this lovely Airbnb was an absolute delight. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Their historic home is full of character, with beautiful original features and a stunning garden perfect for my morning Qi Gong practice. The hosts' pets, a friendly dog, Labour and a playful cat, Kimura, were a bonus during our stay. They were well-behaved and came to say “hello” to us in the morning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway with hospitable hosts. I hope to return again someday soon.

A spacious comfortable house in a great location, just minutes walk from the tourist area of Averio. The house was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Ana was responsive to all of our messages.

A home away from home, from the first day Fernando made us feel at home. The house is beautiful and super well prepared to welcome families, both human and dog! The garden is amazing, our dog spent the days running and sunbathing and we kept him company The area is very quiet and you wake up with the birds There are bakeries 10/15 minutes away on foot and a mini market also at that distance, more or less If you're looking for a place to relax, there's no better place, I'll definitely be back!

It is a lovely converted former fishermen's house where a lot of attention has been placed on details for it to be both authentic and homey. House is located on main tourist street, but due to back garden you do not feel that (and street is pedestrian). It has all modern-day amenities (wash machine, dishwasher) you need for short stay. Me, my 85-yr old mum and two teenage boys were happy and would come back anytime when in Costa Nova.

Having 3 small houses with such a unique cozy ambience was beautiful. The landscape surrounding the place is breathtaking. The house by the pool had a nice barbeque place where you could also light a fire (by the table) which made us spend even a cold night outside comfortably while talking and drinking. Was a pristine experience!

Alcibiades took very good care of us and was always attentive to our needs even before we asked. During our stay, we experienced the blackout on 4/28 and Alcibiades arrived with water, light bulbs, camping gas, charcoal and all the essentials to make sure we were well and comfortable during that time. We felt very comfortable and the location is amazing. Beach, restaurants, walks and everything is very close by.

Beautiful home in a really cool location with a sweeping view of the bay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Jamie was there to personally greet us on arrival and made sure all went well. Highly recommended!

We loved the house, we went in Family and we enjoyed every corner. In addition to all the history and memory that the house represents, it is in a great location, we need to share it with the Tourists who stay Taking photos. The kitchen area and renovated and equipped bathrooms. Even with slightly cloudy days and some rain, we enjoyed it a lot and We had fun in Family.

Célia and Antonio are lovely hosts. They were very thorough and extremely friendly. We got a detailed list with restaurant recommendations, cafes and even hidden gems nearby. The whole place is very secluded, peaceful and quiet. A perfect contrast to the bustling touristy hotspots of portugal. Make sure to visit the nearby hiking paths through the forest and the beaches.

We had a wonderful stay in Costa Nova, on the fisherman's side, and our host Diogo was absolutely fantastic! He was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cozy and comfortable, but one thing to note for future guests is that the second bathroom can be a bit tricky to locate at first. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that accessing the second bathroom requires going through the kitchen and courtyard, which can be a bit inconvenient when the main bathroom is occupied. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider investing in a dehumidifier, as we noticed that the linens and clothing often felt damp during our stay. This would help to enhance the overall comfort and freshness of the property. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated Diogo's hospitality. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we loved the charm of the fisherman's side of Costa Nova.

We enjoyed another wonderful stay. This is a very nicely decorated, fully equipped, and comfortable home in a beautiful, quiet, and relaxing setting. It is a great place to go for a break from the city. We saw fireflies in the evenings above the lawn in the backyard, when sitting on the patio (with the inside house lights turned off)! It was beautiful to see fireflies! The host, Luis, is very responsive and helpful. We recommend this house and look forward to coming back again.

We spent 3 nights in this accommodation (2 adults and 2 children). The accommodation is renovated, tastefully decorated and very clean. It's well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. There is a pleasant exterior with the possibility to relax, play ping pong or foosball, shelter from the sun if needed and have a barbecue. Concha is very nice and friendly. The only small downside is that the nearby road is a little busy. We had a pleasant stay!
