Maggie’s place is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view just a few minutes away from Arroyo Grande. The space is really comfortable and the breakfast treats add a really nice and welcome touch. We’ll be back!

I've stayed in several great Airbnb's over the years and Kelsea's Artist Studio is my favorite separate space so far. I stayed for two months and it is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to be comfortable, including the bed and good WIFI. The studio is private so I didn't feel awkward or "in someone's space." Kelsea was very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful, quiet and safe, close to town and easy to head north or south. If this Artist Studio is on your radar I give it a hearty thumbs up.

The perfect place in the perfect location. I could walk to 5 star restaurants and shopping but still have peaceful nights. The accommodations were beautiful.
