With a total surface area of 77 m2, this is an ideal accommodation for 4 people, and it also has a sofa bed in the living area for the 5th or 6th person. The Seidia apartment, with fantastic views of the mountains of the Els Ports region, offers all the luxury and comfort for a relaxing stay with family or friends. It is equipped with all the amenities to spend a few days on vacation with family or friends in this area of the Els Ports region and next to the Matarraña. On the ground floor of the accommodation (41m2) we find the room formed by the living area, dining room and kitchen, the latter with a peninsula layout that gives great spaciousness and functionality to the entire space. The kitchen has all the relevant appliances and necessities (ceramic stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking utensils, kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.). Also on the same level, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a custom-made oak dressing room, and a bathroom. The bathroom is full (includes bidet) and a shower effect rain on the ground. This entire floor is invaded by a lot of natural light thanks to the imposing balcony with wooden railing typical of the balconies of this town square, and rustic mud tile floor recovered from the old house.
