Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The wonderful Carmignani promenade is a 15-minute walk away. Along it, you will find Barbarossa beach, Reale beach, and Terra Nera beach with a fantastic, easy walk of an hour. You have all the services in the village, rentals, market, doctor, pharmacy, etc. A private and fenced garden that is always cool.

Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets
