Two-room apartment with a private entrance in a quiet area, consisting of a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace suitable for outdoor dining. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and ample free parking available near the apartment. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from a nearby laundry service. The town center and beaches (“Barbarossa”, “La Rossa”, “Pianotta”, and “Il Moletto”) are within walking distance.

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a natural area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beach is a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two swimming pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with sea water and the other among the vegetation) is free. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for a fee. In the residence there is a bar and restaurant open in summer Wi-Fi, parking, garage. Ferry discount.

Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.
