The apartment is located on the hill overlooking Porto Azzurro in the tranquility and greenery of the National Park. It is about 900 meters from the center of Porto Azzurro, which can also be reached on foot with a pleasant 10-minute walk. The apartment has a living room with kitchen and two beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It has two entrances with a garden equipped for outdoor dining.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms.
