Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. Located in the heart of Porto Azzurro, "Casa di piazza", recently renovated, is an 85-square-meter apartment, dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The house is in a prime location in all respects, in a residential and quiet setting on a private road a two minute walk from two wonderful beaches and a 10 minute walk from the village and all amenities. It is equipped with all the comforts and has private parking included inside the property.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
