Monthly Rentals in Portland

This is a beautiful space in an excellent location. We loved being right on Exchange St. downtown where you can walk to almost everything! Restaurants, bakeries, book stores, clothing stores, everything is right there! The space is gorgeous! So well appointed. Nice, comfortable furniture. Beautiful rugs. Large windows. Very comfy bed. Fully functional kitchen with nice pots, pans, knives etc. Elegant tiled bathroom. The entire space is just beautifully designed. A very easy space to make a temporary home. Edith was very responsive and communicative. Five plus stars. We will be back.

This place was better than the pictures! We loved curling up by the fireplace. It was so cozy! And it was beautifully decorated! It was a bit cold but we turned up the heat and they had nice extra blankets to keep warm-plus gas fire place to warm us up. There was a coffee maker with coffee, coffee filters and sugar so we didn’t have to buy that. Also location was so great. We walked to the center and went shopping along the way at some great thrift shops, funky retro game stores and gift/antique shops. There also were great restaurants that were walkable and a couple corner store/mini grocery stores. We drove into town and took the ferry to peaks island which was fun even in the cold. It’s a beautiful/interesting place to walk around even in the cold. Finally we went to the axe pit to go axe throwing which was about 10 minutes away by car in south Portland. Drew was very responsive. I called a bit late at night with a concern and he helped me right out!

I really loved staying here, the loft is private and has a cozy warm vibe (loved the skylights and deck!), I felt extremely safe here as a solo traveler and really felt at home. Everything is well thought out & equipped (parking & laundry!). Glenn & Mary Jane are kind, lovely people as well, and the beach is magical!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place is charming, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is walking distance from a lot of restaurants and a short driving distance from a lot activities in there area. We also loved that we could bring our pup on vacation w us! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Portland, ME!
