Bruce’s space was exactly as described and pictured. The private community is very calm and peaceful and the beach is virtually a 3 minutes walk from Bruce’s home. We were a party of 7, two of them being kids ages 3 and 5, and the layout of the house and its location couldn’t have been better for our week stay. I would say the only thing missing is a central AC unit; we were lucky to have a week where the nights were cooler but the last day was very warm and humid and we were all missing having AC ! Otherwise the house has everything you could think of, especially the kitchen.

Ali was very responsive. His place was neat, clean, and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. He was nice enough to put an air-conditioning unit on the bottom floor for us as it was very warm downstairs. Bed and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing I had to bring was towels and wash clothes. He had stocked the basic essentials to get us started and the kitchen was fully furnished. I definitely recommend him and will stay again! Thank you for a great week!!

Jason’s home is exactly as depicted. Darling, spacious home in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Super comfortable beds. Nicely appointed kitchen. Easy parking. Jason was very easy to communicate with and provided many local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable townhouse with beautiful outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the tranquility to read and relax. The beds were very comfortable and after busy days on the beach and sightseeing we all slept well. Furnished nicely and in good taste. Everyone had space to go to for private, quiet time. Easily accessible to beaches, restaurants, Portland and other nearby locations. We enjoyed our stay.

Great space in a perfect location! Easy to find, plenty of parking, clean & perfect for a weekend getaway. Jason was an extremely responsive host as well. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful ski weekend with two families at the condo. It's a perfect location and very comfortable. We enjoyed all the games and toys provided for those who don't ski. The listing was as pictured and we felt at home right away.

It is always difficult to judge a place by the pictures on a screen vs what it looks like when you walk in. Judy's home far exceeded anything we expected. As each person walked in, the initial reaction was "Wow"! The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most meals at home. The furniture was comfortable and very clean. The master bedroom and especially the master bathroom was incredible. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and each room had a view of either the ocean or the river where many boats tied up. We could not have asked for anything more.

Lovely Beach home! The place was not only comfortable, but also beautiful appointed, making our stay really enjoyable! Clean, lots of amenities, hosts easy to communicate and available! Lots of things to do around and beach is less than 5 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend your charming home! I hope to come back soon!

This was was not my first time visiting Maine but it was my first time visiting this area of Maine. I have to say that with children this is by far my new favorite area. The Airbnb is so well located for everything that you would need to do. Plus the amenities are great.

We had a great time here! Jefferson and Jennifer communicated great, and their house was just as they described. They went out of their way to leave us beach towels and chairs! The house was cleaned very well, however there is some dog hair around (like previous reviews stated) but it didn’t bother us. One bedroom has a window AC unit, the 2nd does not, but with the windows open we felt a nice breeze that cooled off the room. I would stay here again!

The townhouse was lovely, the beds comfortable, the location was convenient and we were able to use the community pool. Would absolutely stay there again!

Michelle was very quick to respond to any questions, her place was great and it was easy to feel comfortable and relax after a long day at the Fryeburg Fair.

We had a wonderful time staying at this townhouse over Christmas! The property was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The three bedrooms upstairs provided plenty of space, and the additional bedroom downstairs was perfect for extra privacy. The beds were comfortable, and the couches were great for lounging after a long day of holiday activities. The location was super convenient, right off the highway, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We really appreciated how well-stocked the house was with all the essentials, and it felt like a true home away from home. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay.

Host graciously accommodated our family after our original Airbnb reservation cancelled at the last minute. Location is excellent, with marsh views out of the windows. We even saw a fox stroll by! And, the beach is only a few steps away. Kitchen was well appointed. Linens were ample and high quality. Living area was well set up. This was an ideal place for our family to get away for a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome place, awesome location and pretty much exactly how described. It was super convenient to have the dishwasher too! The only thing to not is that there was only a curtain and a room divider separating us from the bottom floor where other people were having music lessons/living. Not a huge deal just something to know before booking. Our whole group had a fabulous time and the host gave us some great local recommendations. Everything is pretty much within 30 min walking distance too.

Short walk to the beach. Last building on a dead-end street so very safe for the kids to ride bikes and scooters. The train goes past the building, which the kids loved! With the windows closed and the AC running, the noise of the train at night was minimal. This place is a true gem!

We spent a few nights here during Feb break with our kids to ski Pleasant Mountain. It could not be more perfect- just across the street from the main lodge parking lot but in a peaceful, lakeside neighborhood. I’d ski half a day and walk back to the condo with my daughter, and then run back again for night skiing. The condo is really quite spacious and the layout is fantastic. We had a blast.
