Only steps to the beach, this basement unit is literally just one block away from public beach access, and will sleep up to 6 people. Off-street parking, private picnic area and large gas BBQ grill. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Check in Saturday after 3PM, check out the following Saturday by 10AM.

Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

This is a great location for enjoying the beach. Just a short walk and you are Surfside. The place is cute, comfortable and my son and I enjoyed our mini-surfing vacation. We left a day early only because of stormy weather. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend!

My husband and I have enjoyed this beautiful little house 2 years in a row now. It is a short walk to the beach, the area feels safe and the management company is always available. The cabin is so cute and clean and feels just like home. We can't wait to be back next year again!

Jenelle’s house was perfect for our family stay in OOB. It is a short couple minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main strip. Jenelle had available beach supplies including towels, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Jenelle was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

The location was amazing. Just a few steps to Crescent Beach. I actually took my coffee down there and watched the sunrise in the morning. So beautiful. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Kristin was very responsive and helpful. Don't miss out on the clam chowder at the Lobster Pound less than 100 meters away. We'd definitely come again.

Such a lovely space! The view is stunning and such a great way to wake up in the morning. The unit is spacious and located right across from the beach and down the road (walking distance) from Kettle Cove which was so beautiful! Ilya is super sweet and a great host. Highly recommend.
