Studiocaroline44 n°1 is a recent independent studio, adjoining my main residence, quiet and comfortable. Ideal for 2 people, it is very suitable for 3 or 4 guests thanks to a 160 × 200 double bed on the mezzanine and a 160 × 200 trundle bed located on the ground floor. Single-storey accommodation, easy to access and suitable for the elderly. Close to Nantes, the airport, Planète Sauvage and 25 minutes from the beaches. Sheets, towels, coffee and tea provided.
