There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former shop at the ski area. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, fair and the city are very quickly accessible. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement. We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.

The sleeping area is furnished with a spacious bed featuring multiple pillows and cotton linens. Two bedside lamps provide soft lighting. Fresh towels are neatly arranged at the foot of the bed, enhancing the well-organized appearance of the room.
