This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Das weitläufige Tannenhof - Gelände macht einfach Spaß: Basketball spielen, mit den Kettcars herumdüsen, zu den Ziegen gehen, in der Strohburg toben, Schaukeln, Trampolin springen oder einfach ausruhen und in die Bäume gucken: das Gelände ist riesig, naturnah und schön gestaltet.

Also suitable for a longer stay or workcation. Only 1 hour to the city centre of Hamburg, Lübeck or the Baltic Sea, 1.5 hours to the North Sea or DK. Excursions on foot or by bike are possible in the rural surroundings. In bad weather a fire in the stove warms you up.

You will stay wonderfully quietly and greenly and are still in 30 minutes by bike or bus in the city of Hamburg. Everything you need for a few days on site will be provided to you by us. Die Wohnung ist ruhig eingebettet in ein grünes Quartier mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten und Grünflächen. Durch die nahegelegene S-Bahn Station gut angebunden und in 20 min in der Innenstadt. Der naheliegende Stadtpark bietet tolle Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Der Flughafen ist nur zwei S-Bahn Stationen entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit ihren hohen Decken sehr offen und luftig gestaltet und dadurch sehr schön hell.
