95m2 großes Apartment mit großem Balkon im Herzen der HafenCity mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Elbe. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem neuen Gebäude mit Aufzug. Es umfasst ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche (vollständig bestückt), ein Duschbad, ein Wannenbad, sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit nagelneuem Bett (140x200) Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Da es sich um meine Privatwohnung handelt bleibt mein Schlafzimmer während der Mietdauer verschlossen. Ich werde nicht vor Ort sein, während der Mietdauer.

Dream location and water view directly on the Alster

The location is very quiet in the villa district Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful plots of land in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the fairy pond and the Alster. It couldn't be nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. A part of Alexander's apartment, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen, is rented. Absolute privacy!! NOTE:See tourist occupancy tax under Rules!

Great 2-room apartment right on the Michel !

You will stay directly in the tourist epicenter! Whether to the Michel, the Elbphilharmonie or the city. Everything is within walking distance. I am happy to leave you two small, cozy rooms of my apartment. During your stay, I will not be there, so you have a 2-room apartment.
