In the completely renovated attic apartment you will find everything you need to feel good: modern bathroom with 2-person shower, fully equipped kitchen-living room, sofa bed with TV corner and a bedroom with king size bed. In the garden there is a natural pool that invites you to refresh yourself.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
