Es steht ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Ess- und Arbeitsbereich, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein Dusch- und Wannenbad zur Verfügung. Der offene, fast loftartige Schnitt, die hohen Decken und bodentiefen Panoramafenster lassen viel Licht reinfallen. So wirkt der Altbau sehr modern.
