Au Port, proche centre et plage, emplacement privilégié, appartement traversant, lumineux offrant vue mer et colline. Calme absolu. Salon (grand canapé) et cuisine américaine bien équipée pour 4 personnes. Chambre (lit queen size) avec salle de douche attenante bénéficiant comme la chambre d’une grande fenêtre. A proximité immédiate: commerces, restaurants, tramway, bus, train. Pas de parking privé mais plusieurs places publiques gratuites possibles à proximité immédiate. Parking payant proche.

Beautiful and very bright 1 bedroom apartment, fully equipped and air-conditionned; The living room has a superb sea view on the side; You will love having your breakfast on the balcony which is south oriented. It is located at the perfect spot of Nice, in between the wonderful beach "La reserve" and the port of Nice. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.
