Beautiful and very bright 1 bedroom apartment, fully equipped and air-conditionned; The living room has a superb sea view on the side; You will love having your breakfast on the balcony which is south oriented. It is located at the perfect spot of Nice, in between the wonderful beach "La reserve" and the port of Nice. Perfect for discovering the city of Nice, going for a walk on the Promenade des Anglais or the old Nice, having a brunch Place du Pin or taking a swim at the beach "La reserve".

Very bright and cozy loft nested on last (6th US) floor with a lift in an historic building (with a lift) just a stone-throw from the Old Harbor. The unit is oriented East and offers unobstructed views on the Old Harbor, Cap de Nice and the sea that you can enjoy from the patio, the sofa, the dining table or even your bed. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.
