Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Our host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Communication with our host was seamless from start to finish. They provided us with detailed guides and recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Their friendly and helpful nature made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung war exakt so, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Man erreichte den Ort sehr einfach mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Palma (ca 45 min) und der "eigene" Parkplatz im Innenhof des Appartmentkomplexes war äußerst bequem, obwohl man in der Gegend leicht Parkplätze gefunden hätte. Von Alcúdia aus haben wir die gesamte Insel mittels Auto erkundet - die Lage und die Höhe zur Autobahn und den Schnellstraßen war hierfür sehr praktisch. Der Strand ist wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten (<5) vom Appartement entfernt - wer also gerne schnell und oft zum Strand möchte, ist hier gut bedient.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Der Check-in war einfach und flexibel – besser geht’s nicht. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir umfangreiche Infos bekommen, was uns die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top – ruhig (trotz Straße vor dem Haus), aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um die Gegend flexibel erkunden zu können. Als radsportbegeistertes Paar war die Unterkunft für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Touren. Die Region bietet fantastische Strecken, und wir haben jede Menge unternommen. Auch kulinarisch waren wir begeistert – in der Nähe gibt es mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Alles in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Vielen Dank!

Ce logement est excellent pour les gens qui aiment le calme et la nature. La vallée de Cala Tuent est au pied du Puig Major. On voit donc la mer (20 minutes à pied) au niveau 0 et le sommet de la montagne la plus haute de Majorque à 1436 m. Dans la nuit, les étoiles sont si proches. L'appartement est très spacieux pour deux personnes avec un grand salon. Les tours de randonnée dans le coin sont superbes. En revanche, il faut apporter votre nourriture pour plusieurs journées car le supermarché le plus proche est à > 1 heure en voiture.

1000% would come stay at Pacos home again. It was an absolutely gorgeous house in an equally gorgeous location. Paco was very communicative and offered great suggestions for restaurants nearby. He even brought us a local delicacy for breakfast on our last full day. The house was pristine and had all the amenities you could ask for. Everything was perfect and we cannot wait to return!

A fabulous apartment with every amenity. The location is excellent close to the centre of Puerto Pollensa but away from the crowds. The Pine Walk and sea are less than 30m away and there is an excellent cafe right next door. There is a huge choice of restaurants close by and take away places too. The local Spar shop is excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and has a sun terrace with sea and Mountain View’s. The garage is huge and a safe place to keep car, bikes or mobility scooter. The owner is lovely, very helpful and Guillam her son very responsive to queries. We loved it. Only down side is the bougainvillea which is beautiful drops its petals and they need sweeping up often to keep it looking its best!

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft, nette Hosts, super Lage! :)

Quite possibly the most gorgeous AirBNB I have ever stayed at... my group of friends and I enjoyed a short trip to Majorca and felt right at home at Juan's casa. It was perfectly close enough to town that we could eat out, but also quiet and intimate enough with all the cooking utensils we needed to set a charming dinner out in the patio at sunset. This place made memories I'll never forget~

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! This is a lovely Airbnb, with a large balcony overlooking the water, and shielded from the sun by a beautiful pine tree. The kitchen is fully stocked and very convenient for making meals, although there are many really good restaurants within a very short walk, so we ended up only having breakfast at the Airbnb and eating the other meals out. The beds are comfortable, and the heating effective. (We stayed in late December, when it got quite cold at night.) The location is fantastic, right on the Pine Walk, and a short drive to the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcudia and the Formentor peninsula, each about 15 minutes drive away. The host is very responsive. In all, a great place, which we are happy to recommend to others.

Appartement confortable et spacieux avec une vue exceptionnelle, parfait pour un séjour reposant. Xesca est une hôte très agréable et attentionnée. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer un séjour merveilleux.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble! Nos sentimos como en casa. La limpieza, decoración y amenities han sido una maravilla nos hicieron sentir desde el minuto uno. Lamentamos no poder quedarnos más tiempo, pero sin duda volveremos. Mallorca en nuestra ciudad favorita y hoy Carlotta House pasó a ser nuestra alojamiento preferido. Además del alojamiento, la atención y el cariño entregados, fenomenal. Y Carlotta House, realmente maravillosa Mucho más que una recomendación

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Appartement impeccable: propre, spacieux et avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée, nous y avons mangé tous les jours! Emplacement parfait : À moins de 10min à pied de la très belle plage d’Alcudia, à proximité de restaurant, Lidl a 2min à pied et possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue (en 5 nuits nous nous sommes toujours garés devant la porte!). Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Pedro qui a toujours été à l’écoute et très arrangeant. On ne peut que recommander ce logement !!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Het was een fijne plaats om te verblijven, op loopafstand van het strand. Het appartement klopte met de beschrijving en was keurig. Dank dat we hier mochten verblijven!

El departamento es hermoso, las camas muy comodas, todo muy limpio y con todos los accesorios para cocinar. Hay muchos restaurante cerca y la playa de Alcúdia es de las mas lindas! Super recomendable
