We loved our stay, the house was beautiful and clean. Susan provided all of the necessities (toilet paper, detergent, etc.) Which made our stay even easier. Lots of sleeping spaces , everyone fit comfortably. She also had a baby swing, high chair and a baby crib. Loved everything about it. Definitely would recommend if you’re ever visiting North Port. Oh, also really close to the plaza with all of the shops.

This little piece of heaven was exactly what my family was looking for to escape the snow! The spacious, open home with a beautiful layout was very well appointed with lots of extras you often don't find in an Airbnb. The master bathroom with it's large shower and open feel was a welcome retreat after a day at the beach or lazing in the heated salt water pool. The neighborhood itself was quiet and only minutes away from fishing, nightlife, and delicious food. What stood out even more than the beautiful home was how responsive, accommodating and flexible the host was during our stay. Dan and his team went above and beyond to help turn a stressful day if travel into a seamless, relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property (and likely any other managed by Dan and his team)!

We had a wonderful 8 days stay at this lovely home. The house was spotless, and the private garden and pool were also very clean and well-maintained. We truly felt at home and enjoyed using the pool whenever we wanted—it was so relaxing. The location was great, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We had everything we needed in the house, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Communication was always quick and smooth. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. Overall, it was a clean, peaceful, and well-equipped home that gave us a perfect holiday. We’d definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I booked this AirBnB to host a group for a training conference and it was a fantastic location for all 6 of us. It was close to the Gulf Center which had tons of restaurant options and grocery stores which really allowed us to get organized and focus on our training. While we spent most of our days out at our training location, the house was very comfortable for us to sleep in so we felt refreshed for each day. Each room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed in terms of utensils, cookware, coffee making, etc. which made it very convenient for us so we didn’t have to go anywhere in the morning before our training session. Overall, this AirBnB was beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed - we had a great stay!!

place was clean, comfortable, somewhat crowded in bedroom with king size bed but it worked. pleanty of extras. Bikes , grill, beach bag with towels for our use. we struggled to find the place . Our gps took us to some non discript stretch of Summerlin drive. I think the sign in the front of the community showed a different name than what we were given, but we found the place. If you go to Bunche Beach wear bug spray, the no see ums chewed us up the first time. WE drove to Sannibel Island 2 days to enjoy light house beach. easier parking crown ds were not as big as on Ft Meyer Beach. This was our first time in a senior community. Our only complaint was that we missed our kids and 8 grandkids. We are not used to all the peace and quite.

We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

Our family was very impressed with this beautiful home. The house was spotless and had everything we could have possibly needed for the adults and kiddo. The home is very spacious but yet enough common space that everyone was able to spend quality time together. We could not recommend this home more especially if you have kids.
