Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

The apartment "Biberbau" is a small cozy apartment on the Niebling farm in a quiet location at the Hohe Rhön nature reserve. A recently redesigned bedroom creates a cozy break. The 140cm bed can be used for two, but is also ideal for a single stay. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a mini kitchen in the living/dining room. Parking spaces are available at the top of the street for free. By car, you'll be downtown in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes walking from the apartment. Shopping is good at the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. By foot about 18 min.

At the foot of the Frauenberg, right on the Fulda river, we rent a vacation apartment renovated in 2021 in our historic watermill with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.
